1 of our rooms smelt of smoke. We were woken up at 1 in the morning to a fire alarm.. we had to investigate ourselves only to be told it wasn't an issue, another guest had set it off.

Pasable por el precio que pagas.
Pros:

El hotel está bien ubicado, en la zona de paddington y tenes cerca dos estaciones de metro. Tiene recepción las 24 horas y el personal es amable, pedimos más toallas y nos las dieron.

Cons:

El hotel es super ruidoso, nos tocó una habitación en el subsuelo y se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba en la calle, ya sea autos, gente caminando o hablando, sin importar la hora de la noche. Se escuchaba también ruidos de los pasillos, fue muy dificil dormir con tanto ruido en la habitación. Además, el baño era muy chico, si sos una persona grande te puede complicar. Por último, solamente tiene incluido un servicio a la habitación por estadía, si queres más los tenés que pagar.

Die Lage ist super zentral. Personal sympathisch. Man fühlt sich sicher in der Gegend (wir waren 2 Mädls).

Cons:

Im Sommer unglaublich warm im Zimmer und die Fenster gehen nicht richtig auf. Sprich man checkt nicht wirklich, wie man die Fenster aufmacht. Badezimmer nicht wirklich sauber aber ist aushaltbar für kurze Trips.

Great location but dirty rooms
Pros:

Location is great, close to Hyde park and Paddington station. Shops, restaurants and coffee shops newrby. Staff was great, friendly and informative. We got extra towels and even plasters after walking all day.

Cons:

Blood stains on bedsheets, hair in the shower, dust everywhere, dirty walls. No kettle or hair dryer. I booked 2 rooms and my friend and her son had to use our bathroom because theirs was clearly not cleaned. Staff was hesitant to change the stained sheets.
The hotel is in the perfect location but it's very dated and needs a good clean.

Disgusting... Dirty walls broken bathrooms tiles appaling unsanitary conditions all around

Dirty, dingy rooms with squat toilets, the stench of rodent and insect (bed Bugs) control and complete lack of e Sense of safety... Disgusting...
It’s beyond belief that Booking.com sells these rooms.
