Location, very friendly, helpful staff
Room had not been prepared when I arrived late evening, night manager had to clean and prepare while I had to wait, bath mats not provided, no cooling/fan, interior of the room/hotel didn't appear to have been cleaned/maintained for years, shower rose was filthy (though a good shower). Internet didn't work first night. I believe there were bed bugs - I mentioned to the front desk and showed him the marks on my body.
Guy in reception was friendly
Wasn't clean. Room looked very different to picture. No hot water first night and either scalding or freezing on last morning. Very tired. Noisy as opposite a hostel. One of the spot lights wouldn't fully go off at night.

It was dirty, ceiling leaking and no towels
The room smelled of mould the carpet was damp and the walls had dirty marks. The lift took us down to the basement but we had to use stairs to go to ground floor. The room lacked facilities such as kettle, hairdryer and cups. We would not stay in this hotel again
The bed and the shower
Der var skimmelsvamp på værelset, og det var virkelig klamt og fugtigt, selv håndklædet var fugtig/vådt. Kunne ikke trække vejret ordentlig, der ned grundet til min astma.

There was nothing to like about this hotel it was honestly something you would see in a horror film. It was grim. Between the smell of death in the rooms to the lack of basic facilities in the room. Also if your planning on staying here take your own fan and iron / hairdryer /kettle/soap and an exta bulb and an extension lead and any other basic stuff you might need as it definitely isn't provided by the hotel. We check out at 6am as we couldn't bear it any longer. Also there is one room key provided and its the only copy for that room so ensure you don't loose it or you will be kicking the door down to get in.
I didn't like the hotel it was a total shit hole. It should be closed down its not fit for purpose. The staff were unhelpful and honestly seemed like they hated life and themselves. They had just given up on the hotel. There was a constant smell coming from every room between the bad decor and the bad layout of the hotel a total horror show. Dont even get me started on the lack of facilities in it. There was no Air-conditioning 1 plug socket in the room. A shower that was so small you couldn't get tuned in it. Never mind the smell of death that came from the sink plug. Then it got better with a window that opened 3% of the way, never mind the mold growing on it that was an inch tall.
The location to hyde park was perfect.
It was absolutely filthy, staff were not very helpful.

Ci hanno anticipato che avremmo potuto lasciare i bagagli prima del checkin ma hanno omesso che sarebbe stato a pagamento.
