Food was excellent, staff including cleaning staff were amazing, we had a room change which was much better for our needs, very accommodating staff.

There's not much you can do about the size of the bed, but we are used to a larger bed. I dont think you can fit a larger bed in the room we had.
The only other thing that I didn't like was when I made a cup of tea in the morning, the milk had gone off.
Good location, large room with a large well made bed. Friendly reception ladies.
Only 12 car parking spaces and time limited parking outside. 2 spots for EV only. Car parks about also time limited to 3 hours. May have been some spots down the side road but it was packed. Keys were a bit noisy at night everyone jingling them against the metal key fob.

Room didn't look like the photos. More like student accommodation. Uncomfortable bed. Very small dated room. Very dated hotel
The breakfast was really good
And the location was great
The bed was small, not a double, but more like a three-quarter. The mattress was shocking, lumpy, and sloping down one side
The shower was only a handheld shower, not very good, and the shower door when opened just about fit through it, and the door was broken.
It was expensive th drink in the hotel and some entertainment would have been nice in there it was very quiet in the hotel for a bank holiday weekend.
The Food, Breakfast & Dinner was excellent.

we were in the "family room" that was outside the hotel (the accessible room). Upon opening the door to the room, we got an overwhelming woft of damp smell. The first night I kept waking up with this smell in my mouth, it was disgusting. I later realised it was the smell of wet dog on the curtains which was touching the floor. I popped to the local shop to buy an airfreshner spray and our second night was much better.
they have a carpark, which was fine, but small. if we came back late, there was no spaces left. it would be nice if the staff offered up alternative parking options should this occur. turns out you can park on the street overnight, as the "1-hour stay, no returns" restrictions kick in at 8am, so we just moved the car at 08:30 and had no problem.
Dinner was absolutely amazing wooooow and bar service was top notch

Handy location, but noisy.
Had to have the windows open so was very noisy. Could have done with a fan, but not a huge issue as I knew it was on the road, just didn’t know it was such a busy road. Food was tasty but they had to comp one meal as meat quality wasn’t great, but they were very nice about it. Staff were lovely.
The location was ideal, rhe staff were friendly and helpful, the eoom was clean and comfortable and thats all I can really ask for!
