Muy cómoda
Pros:

La ubicación de hotel es muy buena, en pleno centro histórico y con muchos puntos de interés cercanos a pie. La habitación muy cómoda y el personal muy amable. Repetiría sin duda.

Peu mieux faire
Pros:

L'hôtel est situé non loin du centre commercial et restaurants. La chambre est spacieuse, et.bien isolée Literie ok

Cons:

Malgré les remarques, la douche ne fonctionnait qu'à l’eau FROIDE !!!!. Scandaleux pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Lumière défectueuse dans les toilettes.

Pros:

De ligging van het hotel was perfect.
Het was een mooi pand met mooie binnenplaats/ terras aan de achterzijde.
Kamer op de begane grond was prima

Cons:

Het koffieapparaat moest je op de grond zetten of op de badkamer boven de wastafel om bij een stopcontact te komen.
Het ontbijt was ronduit slecht geregeld. Alle tafels waren bezet, maar er liep maar 1 persoon rond die moest afruimen, het buffet bij moest vullen en tussendoor nog gasten uitchecken. Een wonder dat ze zo kalm bleef. (zij kon er ook niets aan doen)
Hoewel het ontbijt tot 10.00 was, waren de borden on 9.15 uur op ( hebben een paar minuten op een bord moeten wachten) Het bestek hebben we zelf uit een lade gehaald.
Op het buffet zouden 3 soorten vleeswaren moeten staan en 3 soorten kaas. Er lagen nog slechts 3 plakjes salami en 5 plakjes geitenkaas. In de kannen met sap zat nog een klein laagje in, de glazen voor de sap waren allemaal waarschijnlijk in gebruik, werden in ieder geval niet aangevuld. Ook de gekookte eieren waren op.
Na 20 minuten werd er gevraagd of we scrambled eggs wilden, wat we maar afgeslagen hebben.
Andere gasten keken ook vertwijfeld om zich heen, omdat ze dit nog nooit hadden meegemaakt. ( Dat zei een man tegen mij)

Dit hotel raden we dan ook nooit aan iemand aan, ondanks de perfecte ligging. Voor die prijs hadden we ons verheugd op een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt, maar dat mocht helaas niet zo zijn.......

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt beim Zentrum.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war im dritten Stock, kein Lift. Hinzu kam alte, schmale Treppe. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer sind veraltet, zu dunkel, teilweise alte kaputte Möbel. Der Preis ist zu hoch.

De prijskwaliteit verhoudingen waren te prijzig vonden wij. Nu was het, het weekend van André Rieu maar toch. Dat is geen vrijbrief om te vragen wat je wilt.

Leuk en niet zo leuk...
Pros:

De locatie is erg mooi, dicht bij het bruisende centrum van Maastricht. Het hotel heeft een binnenplaats waar je je heerlijk terug kunt trekken van het drukke straatleven. De kamers zijn basis met prima bedden en faciliteiten.

Cons:

Kamers hebben geen airco, we waren er tijdens een warme zomerdag en de temperatuur in de kamer was onhoudbaar. Bij navraag naar een ventilator werd er aangegeven dat dit er niet is. Dit is echt een groot gemis!

Daarbuiten lag onze kamer aan de binnenplaats, waar continue mensen waren (zelf tot diep in de nacht 1:30), die met vaak teveel op behoorlijk wat geluid produceerden op ongeveer 2 meter van ons raam, waar het personeel niets aan deed. Tevens was er geen rookverbod op de binnenplaats zodat de geur van tabak onze kamer behoorlijk vervulde :(.
