Pros:

vị trí thuận lợi, sạch sẽ, có bể bơi

Cons:

- nhân viên không được thân thiện, lễ tân, spa và bộ phận nào đó mặc áo dài xanh dương đậm. không chủ động chào hỏi khách, không nhiệt tình hỗ trợ.
- đặt phòng giường lớn nhưng xếp phòng giường twin và ghép lại.
- phòng có cửa sổ nhưng ở cuối hành lang rất tối, âm u, hành lang chật chội. hai người phải né nhau để đi qua.
- bể bơi và quầy bar trên tầng 10 nhưng thang máy chỉ lên tới tầng 9. không một nhân viên nào hướng dẫn khách đi lên lối nào mặc dù đi chung thang máy và biết khách lên bể bơi.

Good location and staff friendly

Cons:

Room smelt dusty and musky. Door didn't shut easy. You had to walk through shower area to get to toilet.

Всё понравилось, но при выезде забыла зарядки. При сдаче номера, персонал не заметил, что я забыла.
Pros:

Всё понравилось. Расположение, сам отель. Приветливый персонал. При обращении, решали все вопросы. Всё замечательно.

Cons:

Немного огорчило начатые ремонты в некоторых номерах. И начинали работы рано утром. Но мы большую часть дня, надились на пляже или гуляли.

Всё понравилось, находится в центре, рядом с пляжем.
Pros:

Всё соответствует описанию. Доброжелательный персонал, ежедневная качественная уборка. За все время проживания не замечено ни одного насекомого.

Cons:

Горячая вода еле теплая.

Pros:

Отель достаточно комфортный. Вначале взяла люкс, но из за низкого этажа особого смысла в этом не было по части вида, однако номер очень большой был, есть гостинная зона, балкон и санузле огромная ванна. Потом переселилась в номер с балконом повыше на 6 этаж, не люкс, но в нем мне было комфортнее даже. Санузел организован стеклянными непрозрачными перегородками, конечно о шумоизоляции речь не идет, ну и при включении света в санузле комната тоже освещается. Номера с балконами выходят на оживленную улицу - любителям тишины не понравится. Также в отеле внутри отсутствуют центральные перекрытия - постройка "колодцем" и утром снизу вы почувствуете и услышите "приглашение" на завтрак)))
Персонал очень доброжелательный, всегда помогали со всеми вопросами.
Комфортные матрасы и подушки.
