Disappointed
Pros:

just checked in with my family and really disappointed with this hotel . Been put in a apartment about 3 minutes from hotel and apartment not what i was expecting at all for how much i have payed stuck in what looks like local people live with a small dirty lift to the second floor with a horrible view as you can see .

Cons:

Une grosse surprise. On a dû payer presque 50 euros pour les taxes, alors que on avait payé sur Booking tous les frais. C'est un manque de clarté entre ces deux parties.

Pros:

După cum am mai spus se merita fiindcă tot personalul este foarte amabil și primitor, liniște mâncarea la micul dejun foarte buna.
Totul la superlativ!

Cons:

Orașul Barcelona un oraș frumos dar din păcate este cum rra la noi odata cu preturile cutiile de doze și sticle aruncate peste tot!

Заселили мать и взрослого сына в номер с одной кроватью, хотя несколько раз просили уточнить возможность наличия разных кроватей. Ситуацию не разрешили никак, не предложили ни одного решения. С таким бессилием и равнодушием не сталкивались никогда. Я попросила дополнительную кровать в номер, в этом тоже отказали. Я попросилась спать на софе в холле, сотрудник по имени Николас пригрозил вызвать полицию. Ну и в целом отель тянет на одну звезду по виду, оснащению номера, скорости лифта и общей атмосфере. Очень сожалею о своем выборе и сделанной предоплате
