It's a very comfortable and well-situated hotel, with excellent breakfast facilities.

Cons:

Making up of my room only took place quite late in the day. On one occasion, this only happened shortly before 18:00.

Diversi difetti nella camera, assenza di un vero ristorante , e quello che c era era riservato per un evento privato , inaccettabile. Bagno senza spazzolone , porta della doccia dura , letti con le rotelle si muovevano , ovviamente camera senza vista tamigi .

לצערנו במהלך הטיול נפצעתי. מה שדרש הרבה עזרה מהצוות. יורי טיפל בנו במסירות רבה. דאג לכל מה שביקשנו, וגילה איכפתיות אמיתית. כך גם שאר חברי הצוות שנתקלו בארוע. הרגשנו כמו בבית

ביום הראשון שכחו לנקות לנו את החדש. חזרהו בערב , בתקשרנו לבקשה והגיעו מיד לנקות.
השטיחים במסדרונות ובחדרים ישנים ומאוד מקשים על גלגול המזודות
בארון הבגדים יש רק תליה ללא מדפים..

It is not worth the money. The only good thing about it is its proximity to Tower Bridge

The staff are extremely prejudiced and judge people based on their appearance.While you’re waiting in line at check-in, they completely ignore you.

Cons:

The rooms are never properly cleaned. You have to wait ages for the lift just to get to your room. The food served at breakfast is bland and tasteless. They also have something called an “Executive Lounge,” but it is far from deserving that name.
