It was great overall. just a little renovation would be nice 👍.

Location is 10/10. The ved was so cosy and comfortable to rest after a long meeting. Amazing breakfast and lovely staff.

Poor overall based on my children’s experience.
Pros:

Good location and generally modern in appearance.

Cons:

My children ended up have lots of bites on their arms overnight. Made their stay unpleasant overall. Wasn’t impressed with hotels response. All I got was that there was no evidence of bed bugs. That’s it.

Très décevant pour Hilton. malgré une position assez centrale près du DLR n’est pas à recommander
Pros:

Chambre vieillotte avec shampoing et crème pour le corps vide à l’arrivée.
Chambre non nettoyée le lendemain.

Cons:

Le manque de service. Je me croyais dans un hôtel simple, pas un Hilton
Le personnel n etait pas capable de nous renseigner un restaurant dans la quartier.
