Hotel confortável e muito bem localizado
Pros:

Hotel numa localização muito central, mas sem ser muito confusa, de muito fácil acesso de autocarro e de metro. O hotel é muito moderno, o quarto era muito confortável e o pequeno almoço era suficientemente variado. Vale pela comodidade e pela localização.

Cons:

Quando chegámos a cama-extra ainda não estava pronta (não que tenha demorado muito tempo, mas não era suposto ter que fazer tempo depois duma viagem demorada) e foram insistentes no pagamento da refeição na altura em vez de ser no check-out (inclusive desmagnetizaram a chave do quarto para pagar). Não é suposto isso acontecer num hotel deste nível.

Best Doubletree
Pros:

Stayed here for a business trip. Great location, good food nice restaurants and professional staff. Especially Nugar. He is spectacular, sets the bar for bellman. I travel a lot and he is the best bellman I’ve encountered. As a result I’ll be back. Will be traveling here on a quarterly basis.

First time in London
Pros:

Amenities and especially the hotel staff have made the stay 5 star. Concierge was incredible with helping from luggage to all sorts of child needs. Our bartender Amruth made the adults remember what vacation was all about. Wish our stay here was longer!

Room and bar very standard. several minor faults with room but not enough to bother staff about eg fridge room temperature, one socket not working Lamp intermittently working. Pillows uncomfortable

La atención del personal, tuve una incidencia con la tarjeta de crédito ajena al hotel y me ayudaron amablemente a solucionarla.
A la llegada te ofrecen unas cookies muy ricas para cada persona. Es un detalle de acogida.
Tardaron un poco en darnos la habitación al check-in, pero nos ofrecieron estancia en una zona muy cómoda con bebidas y dulces para picar y juegos para hacer la espera agradables.

Location, room, staff and breakfast were fantastic. The breakfast was the best buffet breakfast I've ever had. But, you need to get up early and go down for breakfast between 7.00 am and 8.00. Otherwise, there's a queue and too many people.

Cons:

The prices in the hotel bar (both downstairs and upstairs) were very high.

Slightly disappointment with Hilton.
Pros:

Love that the welcome cookie now cater for nut allergy customers.

Cons:

Personal touch would be ideal as the stay was intended to celebrate Jose Lok's 50th birthday.
2 rooms were booked at this venue via 2 separate channels.
One booking was made for our friend via booking.com for family room. Surprisingly family room was not available via Hilton's website directly.
Other booking was for standard room booked directly via Hilton directly. And this was booked through Diamond member Jose Lok's account. Very surprise and disappointing, that there was no birthday gesture from Hilton for their member who was staying.
