Relaxing and chilled
Pros:

Never travelled alone before the staff at the hotel brilliant - a great location. The room had everything and the bar downstairs really chilled and nice

Okay, but disappointing in ways I didn’t expect - not for the price I paid for the suite
Pros:

Location to Tower Hill and fenchurch street stations

Cons:

Room was tired, comfort controls were basic, shower leaked out into the bathroom in a big way and most of all we wanted to stream a football game (with the correct subscription & hdmi -usbc cable connector but it wasn’t possible despite my efforts and those of two top engineers on site. On top of this no mention when booking that the Skybar would be booked out for a private event! Booked a suite and can’t access it - really bad form in my opinion.

Great location extra packages disapointing

Location perfect for tower bridge and tower of london, friendly staff

Cons:

Paid for birthday package, "small birthday cake" was 2 really small slices of cake!. Birthday banner on window... well most was on the floor.. prosecco was warm...
