Regarding early checking experience at Hilton
Pros:

Oh, I am so impressed by the hospitality offered my Enoch at Hilton. He is so helpful and a saviour I would say as I was not well and he helped us in getting checked early. Employee like him is a real asset for a brand like Hilton. Keep growing and rocking Enoch. Thank you for everything you’ve done for us. It means a lot.

Amazing!!!
Pros:

We stayed here for my sons choir tour the breakfast was great and the amazing staff were Daniala,Simono, and Osaenae we loved the fifa 2026 fusbal table and mini soccer field the choir played with it every night finaly, there was amazing 24hr room service!!!

Good hotel in central London
Pros:

We stayed five nights and were quite pleased with this hotel. Executive lounge was small, but had decent selection during 6-8 happy hour. Breakfast was very good. Our executive king room (diamond upgrade) was small, but functional with HVAC working well and water pressure being quite good.
The one negative was housekeeping forgetting to replenish toilet paper and coffee on couple of occasions. We also found room not done when we got back at 4pm (no we did not have don’t disturb on) on two occasions. Overall, we would stay at this hotel again.

Doubletree Tower of London, didn't dissipoint!
Pros:

We were immediately acknowledged as Diamond Members by Sehay & check in was effortless. Sehay let us know all the benifits at the hotel we were entitled to. She invited us to have breakfast in the executive lounge as we arrived early morning. The consignee was very helpful. We didn't catch her name but she gave us detailed directions to the Tower of London & was able to answer all of our questions. This was day 1 & we are feeling hopeful the remainder of our stay will not dissipoint!

Nice hotel with good service
Pros:

The staff was efficient at check-in. The room was comfortable. Room service was excellent.

Cons:

The bathroom door was very heavy and huge chunks were chipped out of the door.

Great check in, nice rooms poor lobby bill validation
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic front of house staff. Samira was absolutely brilliant sorted us out with great rooms, and ensured we had a great check in and first experience of the hotel. Down side was false charges charged to the room in the lobby bar however Samira to the rescue again and resolved the matter perfectly
