It was fair.
The bedding was grey and unclean. It looks as though the bedding hasn't been washed in weeks. The turn around for the guests using the bed feels like several people sleeping in the bed on bedding that's never washed.
The towels were grey as well.

The shuttle service was excellent..shower and beds comfortable.
The air conditioning system was so noisy we didn't get a good quality sleep at all after flying for 15 hours from Australia.

Breakfast was delicious, and the lady who took care of us on that Sunday morning did an excellent job! Also, the front desk clerk (may have been the manager) was very friendly and helpful.
We got in late on a Saturday night, and the night clerk was very hard to understand - and not particularly friendly. Not bad - just seemed distracted.
Airport shuttle was great!
Wonderful staff both at check-in and check-out. Room was very comfortable. Convenient airport shuttle.
Location is not close to anything, but the airport of course.
The beds were so comfortable, just what I needed after a week of hiking!

Habitación muy espaciosa y equipada. Cama súper cómoda y complimentary coffee and tea.
El hotel es muy cómodo si tienes que coger un vuelo pronto o un coche de alquiler ya que está lejos de la ciudad.
Lo peor una de las personas de recepción que fue muy antipática y poco amable. Muy seria y seca. No me pareció bien que tratara de esa manera tan soberbia y maleducada.
