Cons:

A maintenance worker made me very uncomfortable by repeatedly looking in through the pool windows and wandering into the pool room without doing any actual work while I was swimming alone.

An excellent stay with outstanding service, great comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Pros:

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Freeport Hotel in Calgary. We especially liked the clean and comfortable rooms, the friendly and helpful staff, and the convenient airport shuttle. The hotel was quiet, well-maintained, and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

great & relaxing stay, except for the last night due to crazy guest
Pros:

I had an enjoyable 5-night stay at the Best Western Premier Freeport Inn Calgary Airport Hotel. Airport shuttle drivers were very friendly & the pick-up from the airport was quick. There is a courtesy phone for all the airport hotels is on the wall to the right of the information desk near door 7 (domestic section). The hotel shuttle stop is between Pillars #16 & #17 across door #4 on the arrivals level of the airport.

The standard King room was big with a well-designed layout. The micro, fridge, coffee maker, and safe is in the same hallway as the closet which leads to the bathroom. Free toiletries and coffee/tea supplies were replenished every day if needed. The room itself had enough lights and sheer curtains to let the natural light in while offering privacy. A/C was a bit noisy. Wifi worked great. One elevator was working during my stay.

I was assigned Room 312 which is a crossroad room. Both sides of the hallway end at the door; the elevator, ice machine and vending machine is perpendicular to the door. The only noise I head was when hotel guests used the luggage cart.
Pool, slide and hot tub were not busy in mid-June and the onsite restaurant offered decent meals. Service was friendly and quick. There aren’t much choices food-wise if you don’t have a car.

Cons:

not sure if there is hotel security at night as on the last night there was an incident. I called the front desk several times & the front desk staff requested that hotel guests call the police. I am not sure if the police may respond to incidents faster if there are more call about the incident

Find somewhere else.
Pros:

Location was ok. I believe it was 3km from Calgary AP and they had a shuttle service to and from which was good.

Cons:

Property has dated and in need of a touchup. No water pressure in shower at all. Room smells musty and I don’t believe the sheets had been changed. My wife refused to sleep in it and slept on top of the bed fully clothed! Not an ideal situation.
