Didn’t expect such an experience at NH hotel. Usually NH hotel is quite reliable and good value for money.
Pros:

Location wise is good, parking is convenient.

Cons:

No Airco. According to staff, the Airco of the whole building was not working. outside temperature was lower than room temperature. Ventilator does not help. Online-check in did not work. I checked in online, then still need to fill in address and provide Id at reception, so did not understand what was the point for online check-in. Facilities are old, the hairdryer looks quite dirty. Also the cover of the socket in the bathroom (whatever it is, a metal cover stuff next to the hairdryer) is with water stains. I cleaned the light switches with wipes, the wipes turned out to be black.

Pe camere sono belle

Cons:

Accettazione lentissima, tempi di attesa interminabili, colazione poca scelta, ma la cosa peggiore è che nelle camere c’erano sicuramemte 35 gradi e l’albergo sosteneva che l’aria condizionata era rotta da due settimane!! Ci hano risposto di aprire la finestra - peccato che anche cosi non si poteva chiudere occhio a causa del’inquinamento acustico. Mai più!!!

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean.

It states there is AC there is no AC was absolutely miserable, there was no air coming out of the AC unit more like a fan.

Insgesamt war das Hotel gut, aber nie wieder – wegen der Dame an der Rezeption.
Pros:

Das Hotel war sauber und schön.

Cons:

Die Frau an der Rezeption war sehr unhöflich und sprach in unangemessener Weise. Als ich ihr zunächst sagen wollte, dass ich die Firmenadresse über Booking übermittelt hatte, unterbrach sie mich barsch und weigerte sich, dies zu überprüfen.
Sie nuschelte ein Wort, und als ich sie bat, es zu wiederholen, reagierte sie ebenfalls unhöflich.
