Terrible Stay
Pros:

We stayed at NH Stuttgart Airport from May 27–29 as a school group of 24 people from Türkiye. While the hotel facilities and comfort were excellent, our experience was seriously overshadowed by the behavior of a receptionist named Amadeus.

From the moment we arrived, he treated our group with hostility and prejudice, apparently based on previous experiences with other school groups. We were not welcomed, were made to collect room keys outside the hotel, and were repeatedly spoken to in a disrespectful and condescending manner. His body language and attitude made both students and teachers feel uncomfortable throughout our stay.

On several occasions, he displayed what we perceived as discriminatory and unprofessional behavior. Even when concerns were raised, he simply responded that this was how he treated everyone. As a school principal with many years of experience leading student groups internationally, I found his conduct unacceptable.

Our students were well-disciplined and caused no significant issues, yet they were constantly treated as a problem. This is particularly disappointing for a hotel that actively accepts school groups and provides recreational facilities for young guests.

I sincerely hope NH Hotels investigates this matter, as one employee’s behavior significantly damaged what could otherwise have been a very positive experience.

Im Großen und Ganzen alles in Ordnung & auch weiterzuempfehlen.
Cons:

Mann musste jedes Mal wenn man beim Parkplatz rausfährt, das Ticket entwerten lassen. Das heißt wenn ich am Tag 15 mal rein und rausgefahren wäre, muss ich jedes Mal zur Rezeption und dieses Ticket entwerten um beim nächsten mal wieder rausfahren zu können. Und der Parkplatz links neben dem Hoteleingang, war gar nicht nutzbar, da man kein Ticket ziehen konnte. Leider hat sich die Rezeptionistin auch nicht wirklich ausgekannt was die Parkplatznutzung anbelangt. Außerdem wurde eine Parkgebühr über 18€ pro Tag verrechnet, obwohl ich Hotelgast war.

Das Hotel vermittelte den Eindruck eines Schiffes ohne Kapitän auf hoher See 🤦‍♀️

Die guten komfortablen Betten und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer

Cons:

Das Frühstück war unterirdisch - Müsli sauer (schlecht) und die Milch in der Kaffeemaschine ebenfalls! Außerdem sehr wenig Auswahl für den hohen Preis! Zb nur 4 Teesorten (billig Tee) und kein Speck zum Rührei . Rührei auch schon zu alt ! Leider verstand das Personal auch sehr schlecht unsere Reklamation .
Reception zwar freundlich aber vermittelte das Gefühl der Unkenntnis! Führungsperson hat uns keines Blickes gewürdigt. Das einchecken dauerte ewig - keiner konnte den Computer fachgerecht bedienen🙄 sind dann vorzeitig abgereist, da mein Mann von dem Müsli schlecht geworden ist .

Fitness und Sauna Bereich

Cons:

In unsere Zimmer waren Glasscherben überall auf dem Boden.. wir haben ein alte Hund der durch der Zimmer gelaufen ist und die in der Pfoten bekommen haben.
Dazu haben wir online unsere Hund dazu gebucht. Nirgendwo stand ein Preis (die normalerweise maximal 10-15€ ist..) und mussten 25€ für den Hund bezahlen. Der Personal war sehr unfreundlich und hat über mich geredet und hat gesagt „lesen die nächstes Mal alles vorher durch“. Im Nachhinein habe ich alles durchgelesen und da steht nirgendwo was drin.
