Relaxation and Accessibility
Unwind in the heated outdoor pool with a hot tub, available from April to October. With private indoor parking and proximity to the city center, airport, and the beach, Lagrange Aparthotel Montpellier Millénaire offers both relaxation and convenience.
At your arrival, a deposit of an amount ranging from 150 to 500€ (depending of the apartment’s size and the length of your stay) by apartment will be asked.
You’ll need a physical credit card (not Apple Pay, Google Pay or any others virtual cards) under your name and the deposit will be done as a pre-autorisation, so not debited and canceled after the check-out (except in case of degradation, no respect of the rules and/or if the loaned equipment is missing).
An identity paper under the name of the reservation will be needed at your arrival too.
Without these elements we won’t be able to welcome you, and no refund will be possible.
You can access to the apartments from 3:00 pm to 10:30pm, except if the direction has given their agreement.
If you plan to arrive after 10:30pm, you need to inform us as we’ll have to plan your late arrival.
The apartment has to be free at 11:00 am maximum.
Late check-out is possible until 2:00pm maximum, depending on our availability and is charged €10 per additional hour.
The swimming pool is open from april until october.
The breakfast is served from 7:00am to 10:00am every morning (it’s an extra cost of 11€ per person and has to be reserved at the reception).If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

On a apprécié le grand balcon, la piscine et la climatisation
Quelques soucis techniques avec les volets roulants de la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas bien et la porte baie vitrée du salon ne se vérouillait pas
Bell'appartamento in residence completo di ogni confort e puilitissimo. La struttura ha una piccola piscina che è molto gradevole da utilizzare, noi siamo stati una notte di passaggio, ma la giornata era molto calda. Colazione ottima e abbondante.

Très déçue par cette expérience.
À notre arrivée, personne ne nous a expliqué les règles d’hygiène ou les consignes de départ. On nous a indiqué qu’elles figuraient sur une feuille dans l’appartement, mais celle-ci était vierge.
L’hôtel était extrêmement bruyant. Nos voisins ont fait énormément de bruit toute la nuit, sans aucun respect pour les autres clients. Ils consommaient du protoxyde d’azote (ballons), faisaient constamment du bruit et ont fait venir plusieurs personnes dans leur chambre, y compris des prostituées selon ce que nous avons pu constater. Malgré cette situation, personne n’est intervenu et nous n’avons pratiquement pas dormi.
La piscine était également très sale : l’eau était trouble et il y avait de nombreux déchets qui flottaient, notamment des mégots de cigarette. Ce n’était pas du tout agréable.
Enfin, quelques jours après notre séjour (du samedi au dimanche), j’ai eu la mauvaise surprise de découvrir un prélèvement de 50 €, sans qu’aucune remarque ne nous ait été faite au moment de notre départ. Le motif ? Un verre laissé dans le lavabo et un sac-poubelle déposé sur le balcon. Nous avions pourtant regroupé toutes les poubelles dans un seul sac et l’avions mis dehors uniquement parce qu’il y avait énormément de fourmis dans l’appartement. Notre intention était justement de laisser le logement propre.
Je trouve cette façon de procéder inadmissible. Si ces consignes étaient si importantes, il aurait été beaucoup plus professionnel de nous les rappeler lors de notre départ plutôt que d’attendre plusieurs jours pour prélever directement 50 €.
Je n’ai jamais vu un appart’hôtel où l’on demande aux clients de faire le ménage complet, de sortir les poubelles et de quitter le logement à 11 h, sous peine d’être facturés, sans que cela soit clairement expliqué dès le départ.
Je regrette ce manque de communication, le manque de propreté, les nuisances sonores et la gestion de notre séjour. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.
