La habitación y el baño

Cons:

El buffet de la noche; varias de las opciones no estaban calientes, algunas tibias y otras frías.
No muchas opciones occidentales.
La piscina antigua.
Las escaleras para entrar/ salir de la misma son incómodas.

Wunderschönes kleines weitläufiges Dorf.
Pros:

Es ist ein sehr schönes kleines Dorf, man muss allerdings etwas laufen zu dem Hotelbungalows. Es ist ein weitläufiges Gelände. Man sieht viele Tiere von Affen bis Gänse. Es ist sehr sauber und die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt:)

Cons:

Es kam eine ReiseGruppe mit vielen Gästen. Das merkt man, wenn aufeinmal 30 Leute mehr anwesend sind.
Essen gab es Abends für 5500,- für ein buffet. Für mich war es zu teuer, da ich niemals so viel essen würde. Mein Sohn durfte netterweise gratis mitessen. Deswegen war der Preis dann wieder voll ok;)
Der Pool ist etwas klein. Für dieses grosse Gelände. Und wirkte ungepflegt. Der Junge Mann der dort gearbeitet hatte auch nicht so wirklich Lust auf seinen Job.
Denke für Leute über 40jahren und ohne Kinder ist das Hotel super;))

Vores forventninger blev overgået, og vi kommer så gerne igen. Alle personaler søde, smilende og hjælpsomme. 5 stjerner fra os✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Overall good but service needs to improve
Pros:

Breakfast, view, environment were great.
Very green and close to nature - and all touristy attractions were nearby within 2 km.
They also have a pool with a view of the Sigiriya rock

Cons:

Bed bugs and slow service was a pain area. This needs to improve.
We had black ants in the bed sheets.
Also room service response time was too long and needed follow ups.

Beautiful property nestled in the lap of nature
Pros:

Nestled amidst lush greenery, this property is an ideal retreat for those seeking peace and relaxation in nature. Waking up to the soothing sounds of birds and being surrounded by trees made our stay especially memorable.

The rooms are thoughtfully spaced apart, providing a sense of privacy and tranquility. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for our family of four.

The breakfast buffet offered an excellent selection of both continental and traditional Sri Lankan dishes, catering to a variety of tastes. In-room dining service was prompt and efficient.

Another major advantage is the hotel’s location—just a 5-minute drive from the entrance to the iconic Sigiriya Lion Rock, making it a convenient base for exploring the area.

Overall, this is a wonderful property that combines comfort, nature, and convenience, making it an excellent choice for families and leisure travelers alike.

Cons:

There are a couple of areas where the experience could be further enhanced. The entrance gate and driveway could benefit from better lighting, as the area was quite dark at night. Additionally, there was a brief power outage around the time of our checkout. Fortunately, since we were already preparing to leave, it did not cause any significant inconvenience.

These were relatively minor issues and did not detract from an otherwise enjoyable stay.
