Sehr schönes Ambiente mit Flair, leckeres Frühstück und durchweg sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gute Betten und schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Ein Juwel in Rubiera und Umgebung.

very sad we couldn't dine in the restaurant especially we have called the hotel before the booking to be sure that the restaurant was opened.
When asked where we could have dinner, nobody could give us an answer. we had to find out by ourself and called places.

The room was big

I start by saying that I was aware of what I booked. I travel a lot so I stay in a lot of different places, since 5 star hotels to hostels. This place is beautiful, and can be comfortable but my experience was awful. I booked with a lot of months ahead and it was already paid, but the staff didn’t find my reservation. When they finally find it, made me feel like it was my problem. And then the bigger problem started. The incredible awful noise all night, it was so loud that made me sick . We called at midnight and they “fixed” , but it started again , even if a bit better. At 8 am it started all over again . No respect. They clearly know what the problem was, I think it was a washing machine. We could not sleep all night, even with ear plugs. Breakfast was poor but the staff was kind. Did not book in time the dinner so no availability. The woman in the reception was not friendly about it.

Struttura molto curata e particolare. Camera spaziosa. Pulizia migliorabile dato che la cabina armadio per lasciare i bagagli e la cassetta di sicurezza erano pieni di polvere. Colazione ottima.

Vorrei tornare quando non ci sarà nessun festival.
Pros:

Questo era il mio secondo soggiorno. L'edificio è bellissimo sia all'interno che all'esterno e la colazione a buffet è deliziosa.

Cons:

Durante il mio soggiorno, nella piazza antistante l'hotel si teneva una festa e il rumore del concerto era così forte che non sono riuscita a dormire fino all'una di notte. A causa della festa, non ho potuto parcheggiare la mia auto nel parcheggio antistante l'hotel, quindi ho dovuto parcheggiare più lontano ed è stato difficile trovare un posto libero.
