El entorno es fenomenal, se respira tranquilidad.La cama es amplia y cómoda. La experiencia en el templo del agua también merece la pena al igual que un paseo por el margen del río.

Cons:

Faltó un detalle de bienvenida. Hay q reservar con cierta antelación si se quiere visitar las cuevas cercanas

El circuito del balneario es muy completo y el desayuno buffet tiene muchas opciones. El personal es agradable y Puente Viesgo es un pueblo precioso.

Cons:

El buffet de desayuno no tiene muchas opciones veganas, al igual que la cafetería y el restaurante. Si bien es cierto en la cafetería existen un par de opciones veganas muy buenas. Creo que en este aspecto podrían mejorar para poder ofrecer una experiencia al mismo nivel para todos los clientes.

Todo. Es un hotel al que hemos ido en más ocasiones y me encanta seguiré repitiendo.

Cons:

En el circuito del cantábrico no funcionaban bien los chorros costaba mucho que saliera el agua..,, pero la cueva es muy chula.

Hotel bonito decorado pero mal la comida del restaurante
Pros:

Las instalaciones, el hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas.

Cons:

El servicio, pedimos que nos repusieran gel y no llegaron a hacerlo. La comida del restaurante, pedimos una pizza a la habitación y nos enviaron de otro tipo, una congelada y quemada por 18€, nos pareció un timo. Aunque luego nos lo cambiaron por un pescado para mi hija. Que tampoco es que fuese una delicia.
