La ubicación es lo único rescatable de este nefasto hotel.
Aparte la buena atención de los recepcionistas.
El primer dia cuando llegamos y entramos en la habitación estaba sucia... pero sucia de que estaba sin limpiar la habitación, la cama sin hacer, la basura en la puerta sin recoger, las toallas tiradas en el baño....
La solucion de ellos fue darnos la habitación de movilidad reducida.... que por cierto se escuchaba todo y estaba en frente de recepción...como si por necesitar dicha habitación significara ser la peor del hotel...
Al dia siguiente antes de ir a dar un paseo preguntamos por la habitación y dijeron que aún no estaba, cuando volvemos de dar el paseo sigue sin estar.... y cerca a las 12 llaman a la puerta diciendo que teníamos la habitación ya libre, les damos las gracias. Como no la habían tenido antes procedemos a ducharnos, la recepcionista pica a la puerta y nos dice que tenemos que dejar ya la habitación que la necesitan, les expongo que mi pareja esta en la ducha y que ya les habíamos preguntado antes y no estaba... a lo que me contesta que ya teníamos la habitación y que sino nos quedábamos con esa habitación...
Por cierto, al ducharnos en la habitación de movilidad reducida el baño se mojaba entero el suelo, 0 comodidad.
Recogimos en 10 minutos y subimos a la habitación... eso sí la recepcionista se ofreció a ayudarnos a subir las maletas.
Durante los 7 días que estuvimos no tuvieron ni un solo detalle por los inconvenientes, e incluso limpiando cada 3 dias la habitación no fueron capaces de darnos 3 botes de gel y champú siendo solamente 2 los que nos ofrecieron.
Nunca recomendaría este hotel, porque por un poco mas te limpian la habitación cada día y si tienen un error como cualquier persona en este mundo lo sabrían compensar.

Además prometen parking y cuando llegas al hotel dicen que está en reparación.
The charming, kind and supportive staff. The place is spotless. Easy access to the underground - Faria Guimaraes and Marques, bus stops and other fascilities - Marques area with all sort of shops and Pingo Doce supermarket. There's a communal room where you can brew tea or coffe, and an inner lounge space or the kind of open air atrium with a table and chairs. Excellent value for money.
