Group Bookings: A booking of four rooms or more is considered a group booking. For group bookings, the following cancelation fees apply:
More than 30 days before arrival: No cancelation fee. Cancelations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid any penalties.
Within 30 days to 7 days before arrival: Cancelations made within this period incur a cancelation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost.
Within 7 days of arrival: Cancelations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date are subject to a 100% cancelation fee, with no refunds available.
Final Payment: Final payment for group bookings is required 30 days prior to arrival.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Room was great and the restaurant was comfortable with a great choice of food
The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised when our room was upgraded to an even better option at no extra cost. The room was spacious, clean, warm, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The dinner at the Paroa Hotel restaurant is definitely worth trying — the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

Super friendly staff and very welcoming on arrival. Great hospitality by everyone overall. Breakfast was delicious, accommodation unit, pub and restaurant area were warm, cozy and inviting. .
In our unit only observation is the unit by the TV in the bedroom is a safety hazard, can easily bang your head on the edge side by the TV where the side of the unit comes a little way down from the top.

The room was great, and the shower was the best shower we have had during our travels in the South Island. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was very spacious. The staff were super friendly and provided us with a lot of information about the area. We were able to walk around the beach, which was so pretty and easy to access.
Everything about the hotel was great! Dinner service ended earlier than we thought, however, we found an alternative nearby. Wish we had eaten at the hotel restaurant though!
