Pros:

Ich war zum zweiten Mal in diesem Logis-Hotel/Restaurant zu Gast. Ich mag das Ambiente, das schöne Hotelgebäude in einem zauberhaften Ort unweit der Quelle der Seine. Das Hotel verfügt über ein feines französisches Restaurant, das gehobenes Fine Dining anbietet. Aber es gibt auch ein deutlich einfacheres und günstiges Bistrot-Menü. Wenn man mit Wanderern oder Jakobspilgern unterwegs ist, lohnt es sich, das vorher abzuklären. Einen deutlichen Akzent legt das Hotel auf Wellness-Wochenende oder -urlaube. Aber dazu kann ich nichts sagen, da wir diesen Bereich nicht genutzt haben.

Good food, but spoilt by cold rooms.
Pros:

The chef must be very good - some wonderful tastes in the restaurant!
Delicious cheese gougeres served before dinner.

Cons:

All we could see from our room was a very scruffy roof - very depressing.
Worse, was the fact that the room was very cold! As were the bar area and restaurant.
Other diners looked chilly! One of the staff offered me a wrap to wear, which was kind - but not really adequate.
Maybe they have a policy of not putting heating on before October? (this was towards the end of September)
Also, a mistake made with my order for dinner - instead of beef, as I had ordered, I was given a fish dish, with gnocchi, which I hate! The staff were apologetic, and an adjustment was made to our bill

La piscine était fermée alors qu'il était écrit qu'elle serait ouverte, j'ai voulu aller dans le jacuzzi qui lui était ouvert mais il était interdit aux enfants...

Have dinner, avoid breakfast and get a croissant at the bakery nearby.

Great restaurant and large charming room

Cons:

The breakfast experience was not in line with what you expect.Staff busy with napkins, large event room with an echo of working machines, as no service is available and one has to figure out everything: the egg boiling was a definitive low point.
