Well, it was all right but very average and I’m not sure if it was worth the money. Feels a little bit Self satisfied
Pros:

Hotel is set in a beautiful location high above the hills very green.

Cons:

Staff were a bit distant, bathroom had a funny smell, shower was feeble and underpowered, television didn’t work because the plug was broken.

Amazing
Pros:

Staff are amazing! We always love staying in citadel Kandy. This year was even more special as we came with our one year old son. He had the most amazing time here too! The staff were so good with him including all the chefs.

Comfortable stay, excellent buffet and friendly team

We stayed one night at Cinnamon Citadel Kandy and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained, and our room was comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options. The front office team were especially helpful and friendly. Thank you Nanjini, Christina, and Anusha for making our stay pleasant. As a Booking.com frequent Genius member, I appreciated the warm service and good value. I highly recommend Cinnamon Citadel Kandy and would happily stay again.
