Friendly, helpful team.
Pros:

Consistency of service at all the Cinnamon Hotels I’ve stayed at plus the size of the room. The breakfast was the best organized and tasting of all our Cinnamon experiences.

Pros:

El personal magnífico, vimos la final del mundial y se quedaron hasta que terminó.

The location by the river was great. The pool and the buffet restaurants have great views and the food and cocktails at the bar are a good option.

Cons:

There were mosquitos inside the room. Some rooms are very far away from receptions with a lot of stairs. We stayed during Kandy festival and it was overpriced for what is was.

Pros:

A wonderful place, peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Excellent value for money! The food was absolutely amazing and delicious — definitely the best food we’ve had so far in Sri Lanka. The staff were lovely and welcoming, the air was fresh and pleasant, the pool was great, and the view of the river was beautiful. The room was comfortable and spacious.

We would definitely love to come back again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Pros:

La struttura è davvero molto bella, lo staff gentilissimo e si è messo davvero a disposizione.
Per la cena abbiamo indicato le varie allergie e il cuoco si è preoccupato di venire al nostro tavolo ed assicurarsi che non avessimo preso nulla che contenesse gli allergeni indicati. Cura del cliente 10.
La camera era pulita, la cena molto varia.
La colazione al sacco era molto buona! Complimenti
