预定的是个小房间，其实一点都不小，非常舒适，床上用品档次很高。员工很友好，临别还送了小点心。早餐餐具很高雅，餐食也很精致。位置虽然不在中心，但仅仅几步之遥，闹中取静。预先沟通也非常顺畅，包括停车场位置与封闭街道名称。
Lovely old hotel in a good location. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.
The bath was very high to climb in for a shower. Only 4 seats in the bar area which was fine for us but no-one else could've come in. On one of our nights the bar closed at 9.30 pm.
Das Hotel Biskajer by CW Hotel Collection liegt in der Altstadt von Brügge. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.
Aufgrund der zentralen Lage in der Altstadt von Brügge kann man zwar zum Aus- und Einladen des Gepäcks mit dem Auto vorfahren, Parken kann man aber direkt am Hotel nicht. Dazu muss man sein Auto ca. 5 min (zu Fuß) entfernt in einer Tiefgarage parken. Die Kosten dafür sind relativ hoch.
Dies kann aber nicht dem Hotel angelastet werden.
Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir äußerst freundlich empfangen. Es wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir leider die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie nicht beziehen können, da es dort einen Wasserschaden gegeben habe, der noch nicht behoben sei. Stattdessen erhielten wir ein Zimmer in der nächst niedrigeren Kategorie, als Entschädigung aber eine Flasche Champagner und eine 250 Gramm Packung Brügger Pralinen aufs Zimmer!
Wie sich später herausstellte, bestand der einzige Unterschied zum ursprünglich gebuchten Zimmer in dem fehlenden nachgemachten offenen Kamin. Ansonsten waren die Zimmer gleich.
Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig und hatte Alles was man braucht. Das Bad war ebenfalls gut und sauber.
Der Frühstücksraum war gemütlich und das Frühstück wurde als Buffet angeboten. Die Auswahl war sehr gut und die Qualität nicht zu bemängeln. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Warme und kalte Speisen sind vorhanden.
An der kleinen Rezeption stand immer ein Körbchen mit kleinen Croissants, die man sich nehmen konnte wenn man von den Besichtigungen zurückkam. Es sind diese kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, die ein Hotel ausmachen.

Magnifique hôtel au charme suranné et d’un grand confort. Style décoratif fin et cosi, literie qualitative et climatisation fonctionnelle. Salle du petit dejeuner raffinée très "Britisch" avec service porcelaine et choix riche et varié au buffet. A 10 minutes du centre, au calme.
