Feel like a Brugges Authentic hotel
Pros:

Bed mattress very comfortable.
Very good location, closed to the centre while quiet area.
Very good breakfast, many choices
Staff very friendly, offered us a map and many explanation on what to see in Bruges on arrival.
Nostalgic decoration which differs from other hotels.

Cons:

Lights on the head board of the bed are a nuisance if one wants to sit on the bed.
If breakfast room is full it may be a bit tight between tables.

Perfect compliment to an incredible long weekend in Bruges.
Pros:

We were greeted by Nicola, who was friendly, knowledgeable, personable and very very welcoming. I thought it was her boutique hotel, as she was so attentive. She made us feel very welcome in our home away from home for our four night stay. The hotel was clean, perfectly located and it felt “right” staying in such a quaint beautiful hotel.

Cons:

The rooms are smaller, which worked for us as we had hand luggage, however if I’d travelled with a checked suitcase (or two one each guest) you’d struggle for space. Again, that didn’t affect us but I could see that being a problem for others. Outside of that, I had no complaints.

Pros:

Stupenda struttura: romantica, bella, curata, silenziosa, centrale....io l'ho amata. La proprietaria parla molto bene l'italiano per cui è stata di grande aiuto per qualsiasi necessità.

Trotzdem jederzeit gerne wieder, wenn wir nochmal Brügge erkunden wollen.
Pros:

Altstadt sehr gut zu erreichen, super Frühstück, nettes Personal, romantisch und gemütliche Ausstattung.

Cons:

Schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten zum Ein- und Ausladen.
Mini-Badezimmer. Jemand, der üppig ist, muss sich schräg auf das WC setzen.

The hotel is charming. Nicole so helpful and so kind. Beautifully decorated throughout. So cozy and welcoming- so in tune with vibe of historic Bruge. Breakfast is delicious, so many choices. Located next to historic square and minutes to market square.

Cons:

Sensor light in toilet very finicky, but staff aware and awaiting fix.

Todo nos encantó!!!
Es un hotel excepcional y muy acogedor.
La atención de Nicole y Althea 10 puntos, son súper amables.
Las camas extremadamente cómodas.
La ubicación excelente todos los puntos turísticos a pocos minutos.
A modo de recomendación tienen que ir al restaurante Forestière que queda a 1 min del hotel. El chef Vicent cocina con productos locales y excelentes 👌 😉.

Charmy hotel, excellent located, very reasonable price
Pros:

The hotel is very close to the main relevant places of Bruges, just a few minutes walk. Has elevator and nice style overall. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Price of breakfast on the high side, the size of the bathroom very small
