Wasn't sound proof
The staff where very friendly and helpful. A+
The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

The location to The Trust arena was awesome. It was warm and friendly. The staff were very friendly. Especially the lady what we were talking to at the end while waiting for the shuttle.
The mattress was a little to hard. But not a major. As everyone has a different preference on mattress firmness.
Maybe upgrade the vending machine to take cards as well.

I had to carry heavy bags quite a distance from parked car. I did not like that I couldn't open a window or door to fresh air. There was a small window to open but of no help. Room was smelly/stuffy. Felt like I was boxed in. To get fresh air or sit outside was a mission - had quite a walk to have a vape. Didn't like bathroom sink that seemed to be blocked but it had a certain way to operate properly which I didn't find out about until I left. I would possibly stay again but definitely not in that room or in that area.
