I like staying here. Staff go above and beyond to help you and try their best to accommodate your needs.

Not worth the expensive cost to stay the night, we arrived at 8pm, and left before 8am in the mornin

The helpful receptionist that was on duty.

Cons:

The rooms were cold, and the air conditioning unit was on but not heating the room properly, it was so noisy we had to turn the unit off.

Pros:

UNITA looking very tired.
Went to get a plate and a knife for our food , nothing except for couple of glasses
Ask them when I was checking out they said see. I wasn’t in a premium room nothing comes I have to ask them , very disappointed I didn’t pay to go to a backpackers .
Especially $275 a night not cheap,

So good I would stay there again.
Pros:

Staff were great and kind to my needs. Room was comfortable and very clean. Croissants for breakfast were lovely.

Cons:

Kerbing around mobility parks are a tripping/falling hazard for people with mobility issues.
