Great location and well maintained garden with colonial charm
Rooms were warm in the spring season and had no fans or air conditioning. Unexpectedly had many mosquitoes in the room.

Jetwings St Andrews was a truly amazing experience. I stayed three nights with my adult daughter. The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are stunning but the thing that really set it aside was the exceptional service. The service was impeccable whilst being very friendly. We were made to feel very special. The staff are clearly very proud of their hotel, every detail had been thought of. We can’t recommend it highly enough.
Quaint hotel - feels like stepping back in time. Originally booked into Gem Suite - was a bit cramped for us as we were not able to use the upper floor as it was accessed via a steep staircase and we are not as agile as we used to be - great if you are travelling with children. It also did not have outside space which we really value. Gowray (I think she was front of house) asked about our stay and quickly changed our room to one that suited our needs perfectly. Thank you Gowray, you transformed our stay at this hotel form being OK to making it perfect.

What a special hotel! Just exquisite. So much history. As we were celebrating our silver wedding anniversary they very kindly upgraded our room, decorated our bed and gave us the most delicious cake. Dinner was a set menu and breakfast was a buffet - it was all fabulous. A hot water bottle was provided for the cooler night and was much appreciated. The staff were all so friendly. You can’t go wrong with a Jetwing hotel in Sri Lanka and this one was very special.
