Our stay at Jetwing St. Andrew’s in Nuwara Eliya was a wonderful experience. The hotel has a unique colonial charm, beautiful gardens, and a peaceful atmosphere that perfectly matches the character of Nuwara Eliya.

The room was very comfortable, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.

We would especially like to mention Kelum at the reception, who was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with a genuine smile, kindness, and great professionalism. He was always attentive to our needs and happy to help with any questions or requests. His warm and thoughtful service really made a difference and made us feel truly welcome.

People like Kelum are what make a good hotel experience truly memorable. We would also like to congratulate the entire Jetwing St. Andrew’s team for their wonderful hospitality.

A lovely stay in a beautiful hotel and gardens as was as being well looked after by all the staff with some nice touches to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. A fun evening playing in the snooker room with Kamal giving us the help to achieve some success!

Jetwing St‑Andrew’s is an incredible heritage‑style mansion hotel in cool‑climate Nuwara Eliya. Well‑preserved British‑colonial architecture, lush landscaped gardens and cosy lobby fireplaces deliver an authentic old‑world British highland getaway. Every member of staff is warm, thoughtful and responsive. The breakfast spread is plentiful and delicious, and the on‑site bar with signature drinks makes evenings relaxing. Rumours about supernatural noises are merely old‑wood creaks from this historic building. We enjoyed our peaceful, comfortable stay deeply and would highly recommend this landmark mountain hotel.

The location was lovely, but a bit remote. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was very nice and clean and the giving of hot water bottles at night was a lovely touch as the climate is rather cooler than other parts of Sri Lanka.

What an amazing hotel in a great location. All the staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms are lovely and cool. Amazing big bathroom. It’s is an old style building and had a log fire burning in the evening in the bar area. Also has a large snooker table. Easy to walk into the main area.

The stay was perfect & warming at this beautiful heritage property more than 15 decades old. The staff here is cooperative and helpful.
