Lovely staff, good breakfast buffet, location is good but the facilities are very tired and not 4 stars standards
Pros:

The staff were very nice and friendly. Lovely welcome with a glass of sparkling and sweets for the kids. Good breakfast buffet

Cons:

The hotel felt run down for a 4 stars. Shower door keeps banging while showering, ours showers operator was coming off the wall and toilet’s cistern ceramic broken. Swimming pool quite small and back view not very attractive

Pros:

The hotel staff is excellent and very caring. The check-in process was excellent. The hotel's location is excellent.

Cons:

There is no soundproofing inside! You can hear everything from the rooms, the hallways, and other rooms. The pool is very small, and all the chairs around it are occupied most of the time.

Super Lage, Radverleih direkt im Hotel, Zimmer mit großen Terasse , Frühstück mit Obst, Gemüse, Wurst für jeden sicher was dabei, super Unterstützung bei Tickets für Sehenswürdigkeiten organisieren

Der Pool ist wirklich sehr klein,aber besser wie gar keiner
