Comfortable and satisfied
Pros:

This is without a doubt the best hotel in its class in Taipei. All staff are helpful and respectful; they truly care about the details, especially for guests with disabilities. Rooms are very clean, and facilities are outstandingly maintained. The breakfast offers a variety of options that change daily and are of excellent quality.

Great stay! The night receptionist Ruby was really helpful!
Pros:

Our stay here was great. The staff were extremely nice and very helpful, and the breakfast was delicious! The rooms were very clean, tidy, and a good size for around 2 people. There was little to no excess noise to bother us while in our rooms, which was great! The location is also good—in a nice area of 天母 near (of course) a FamilyMart, 7-11, and Starbucks… all the necessities. The night desk Ruby was very helpful and always greeted us with a smile, especially when we were bringing in and out our excessive amount of luggage ;)

電話客服在說明停車位時，叫我們自己去附近找；早餐主要接待人員

浴室過小，幫小朋友洗澡不方便；餐廳過小，三人用餐需等待四人桌空位，可是其他四人用餐卻可以協助安排兩桌兩人位
