Arredamento camera e bagno. Colazione costosa per quello che ti davano. Nessuna zona relax.

Problemem były niedomykające się drzwi od toalety. Kawę i herbatę dostaliśmy tylko na powitanie. Drugiego dnia już nie uzupełniono. A szkoda bo była bardzo dobra!
The bed was really comfortable. The shower was great. The staff at the front desk / bar were so welcoming, lovely to chat with and extremely hospitable - honestly, they made up the stay for us. The location was perfect, super central but also super safe, elegant and calm - close to so many restaurants / cafes. It was really easy to get a cab, and also we walked just 10 minutes and we were at the main shopping street.
The house keeping was not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. I think it was very surface level cleans, and they would not remove / replace used mugs and cutlery - we had to place things outside the door for them to be removed from the room or replaced.
For some reason, there was a lot of door slamming in the morning that you could hear (when we checked - it seemed to be house keeping going in and out) from neighboring rooms.

The staff at this accommodation are the highlight of the entire place! Very friendly and helpful, and willing to go out of their way to solve problems for guests.
Honestly, I feel like comfort should come before style. The hotel looks super modern on the outside, but the bathroom and bedroom layouts are just really awkward and inconvenient to actually use. Not great value for the money.

I really liked the style of the hotel. It has been newly renovated, so all the facilities are in excellent condition. The room felt modern, clean, and spacious.
I have to say, the rain shower was one of the best I’ve ever used, especially with the option to switch between the soft and stronger modes. The bed was also soft and very comfortable, and we slept really well.
The staff was also very helpful. Due to flight delay, we arrived at almost Midnight and they've helped us with checkin without any issue.
Overall I really enjoyed our stay.
The breakfast choices were somewhat limited for the price charged so we only had 1 day breakfast at the hotel.
Superb hotel. Helpful friendly staff. Clean comfortable room. Top quality breakfast. Would highly recommend.
