מלון יוקרתי במיקום מעולה
Pros:

מיקום מעולה, כמה צעדים מתחנת מטרו מרכזית כך שניתן להגיע בקלות לכל מקום בעיר. מלון מעוצב יפה עם מתקנים טובים, נקי ומצוחצח. עובדים אדיבים ששמחים לעזור. לא השתמשנו במתקני הספא אך הלכנו לראותם והם נקיים ומרווחים. גודל החדר סביר. קיבלנו חדר בקומה השמינית שמשקיף לנוף.

Cons:

נפלנו על שבוע חם מאוד בברלין (הטמפרטורה טיפסה ל 38 מעלות ביום) המזגנים בחדר לא היו מספיק חזקים, למרות ששמנו על עוצמה הכי חזקה וטמפרטורה הכי נמוכה החדר לא התקרר מספיק.

Un hotel excelente junto al corazón de Berlín
Pros:

En general mi valoración es excelente en todos los aspectos, pero si tuviera que destacar algo serían tres cosas: en primer lugar su cercanía al centro y facilidad de transporte, porque está a 100 m de una estación de tren importante y la puerta de Branderburgo al alcance de cualquier persona andando. En segundo lugar el personal de recepción, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y en español. En tercer lugar, el desayuno es completísimo y de inmejorable calidad (hasta tortilla española buenísima) y el personal del restaurante muy atento también. La limpieza es otro factor a destacar y la comodidad de la cama y amplitud de la habitación. Un 10

Sinceramente, no tengo nada negativo que reseñar. Sería injusto si lo hiciera, porque todo ha sido una experiencia buenísima en todos los aspectos

Hotell kinnitas broneeringu ja saatis kena vastuse küsimustele. Paraku selgus õhtul kohale jõudes, et hotell oli päeval broneeringu ülebroneeringute tõttu tühistanud ja booking.com mulle siis ka meili saatnud. Hommikul laekunud kinnituse ja vestluse järel polnud mul päeval aega ega eeldust meile vaadata. Aga, mis seal ikka - lõhkibroneerimise tuleb ette. Paraku oli hotelli saabudes vastuvõtu käitumine ja pakutud "lahendus" vastuvõtamatu: booking.com oli teie vahendaja ja tema poole pöördugegi. Hotell saatis meid õhtul otseselt tänavale ilma huvi ja vabanduseta. Ei soovita seda hotelli kellelegi.

La propiedad es espectacular, súper moderno, hermoso, la habitación comodísimos el desayuno espectacular súper completo la ubicación es la mejor de todo Berlín lo súper recomiendo me encantó ese Hotel, el personal espectacular también
