Os funcionários foram super simpáticos!
Quarto espaçoso, só pedia um tapete no quarto, pela dimensão torna-se um pouco frio.

Cons:

A meia pensão não era buffet. Não havia nenhuma informação que iria ser a carta com escolha entre 2 opções de pratos diários (2 entradas, 2 pratos principais, 2 sobremesas).
Para uma pessoa com algumas restrições alimentares como eu ficou um pouco complicada a decisão em todas as refeições.
A informação só me foi dada no momento do check-in.

Hotel is falling apart and restaurant serve poor quality food.
Pros:

The staff at the hotel reception was nice and breakfast was really good. Room was big.

Cons:

Very weird place, nice surrounding with the golf course, but it seems half finished. Thew alls are full of humidity marks, every time we use the shower we create a flood in the bathroom and we spend time cleaning all the remaining water after each shower. The Walls are super thin so I could hear EVERYTHING from the room next door, even a conversation I could hear what they were saying, it's nice to have a coffee machine in the room, but it was not working. And the fuse box was doing a huge noise all night, I had to sleep with ear plugs.

The mood in the country club was super weird. I arrived there for dinner there was almost no one, there was a guy alone playing guitar and doing super bad covers, the sound was way too loud, it was a difficult experience, and the food was terrible. It's hard to have bad food in Portugal, the burger was way too cooked, ridiculously small and the bread was falling apart. It was OK for one night but I will not stay there again.

Pros:

Na generalidade gostamos de tudo. Hotel muito agradável, tranquilo e com uma envolvência excecional. Staff simpático e disponível. A aquisição de uma mesa de snooker e a máquina de setas em funcionamento foi um bom upgrade para o entretenimento em família!

Cons:

Como hóspede repetente, considero importante referir alguns pormenores que iriam melhorar ainda mais as condições do hotel.
Assim: colchões demasiado moles que se tornam desconfortáveis; ausência de um ginásio ou sala de exercício (as quatro máquinas de mobilidade ao ar livre (umas totalmente ferrugentas), não resolvem a situação; na sala de refeições, ao pequeno-almoço, inexistência de bebidas ou iogurtes de soja, arroz, amêndoa, ou outro cereal que substitua o leite para intolerantes.
