Ferias tranquilas mas estragadas pela má prática de alguns. Funcionários deviam ser mais rigorosos.
Pros:

A localização é excelente, o local fantástico, calmo e tranquilo. Melhor contato com a natureza não existe, foi magnífico. Experiência com a serra transcendente.
A comida muito muito boa, variedade, bem confecionada, apetecível, levando a despertar para experimentar novos sabores e culturas. O staff da restauração impecável, excelente, preocupados para que nos sentissemos bem.

Cons:

Não cumprimento das medidas de utilização dos espaços, como seja a piscina. Beber dentro da piscina com conhecimento dos funcionários, e utilização de garrafas de vidro, resultado no dia a seguir impossibilidade de frequentar a piscina (2 dias que não pude usufruir da piscina).
Muito barulho nos quartos adjacentes e colunas de som alto na piscina. Lixo (embalagens de comidas) depositado à porta dos quartos proveniente de outros hóspedes vizinhos.
Quando nos ofereceram a atividade de padel e caiaque solicitamos a um funcionário que se aprontou a ir ter connosco ao espaço respetivo e decorridos 40 minutos nao apareceu. Quando abordamos na recepção, ninguém soube responder e com muita naturalidade ficou sem efeito sem justificação.

Maravillosa experiencia
Pros:

Tuvieron la gentileza de hacernos un upgrade porque viajamos con una niña de 11 años y consideraron que estaríamos más cómodos en una habitación mayor. La piscina es maravillosa, las vistas aún más y el desayuno es espectacular.

Cons:

Está un poco lejos de todo pero capaz que es parte de su encanto. Estando en coche realmente vale la pena recorrer la distancia para disfrutar del hotel.

Cons:

Pros:

Un'esperienza davvero fantastica! L'albergo si trova in una posizione bellissima, circondato dalla natura, ideale per staccare la spina. Al tempo stesso è in una posizione super strategica, ottima come base per girare e scoprire tutta l'Algarve. La camera mi ha stupito: enorme, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Nota di merito anche alla colazione, davvero ottima e ricca di opzioni tra cui scegliere. Consigliatissimo!
