Located close to the center of Bristol, this hotel is very comfortable and spacious. The staff is courteous and informative. Had a very good stay here.
Though the Hotel isn't responsible for it, the parking situation is a mess. Plenty of parking but mismanaged by Q-Park. But again, the hotel isn't owning the Parking. But a solution for customers would be great!
Great location, extremely convenient parking, lovely staff on reception.
Tall lamp had nowhere to plug in to. One bedside lamp did not work. Room service menu was only sandwich or pizza. Couldn’t get a salad with pizza.

Op makkelijk loopafstand (5min) van het busstation, Tesco in de buurt,
Achter de gordijn bevindt zich een muur ipv een raam! Slechts 1 smalle raam in de hoek van de kamer , ongeveer 40 cm breed. Verder geen daglicht.
Nergens om gebruikte handdoeken goed op te hangen om te drogen/ luchten waardoor elke dag nieuwe nodig.
Geen planken/ plekken om kleding neer te leggen. Alleen hangruimte, slechts 5 hangers. Moesten dus uit de koffers leven.
Aanbod in het restaurant viel tegen, en het kwam vaker voor dat wat we wilden bestellen van de kaart of drankenkaart niet voorradig was.
's Avonds niet echt een veilige buurt. Mensen met een drugsverslaving en/of zonder verblijfsplaats kwamen we zeer vaak tegen, ook dichtbij het hotel. Niet duidelijk hoe ze geholpen worden in dit stad maar het blijft een onveilig gevoel geven, ook soms overdag
The receptionist put me in a room when on approaching there was another man in the room. I therefore had to explain my bad experience.

Location close to bus station after arriving from the airport.
We were only there for one night. Next time we'd perhaps like to stay longer.
When we arrived we were greeted by a young lad ( Jacob i think ) on reception. After booking in we went upstairs tried to sort out the parking online but couldn't work it out. Came back down to reception for help, one man wasn't sure but Jacob knew how to do it and applied our discount code.

There wasn't any drinking chocolate in the room and no shower caps but got a shower cap when asked the staff.
