Holiday Inn Bristol City Centre by IHG

The hotel location it's self is set in the heart of Bristol you have a short walk into town center and other amenities,
All though the rooms are a bit out dated compared to the rest of the building which is very modern, the bedroom are very clean and I slept very well,
Didn't hear any noise from on coming traffic from the near by road or from another people in the hotel,

The was a problem when I first entered the room but maintenance was on it and did come to fix it with in 2 minutes and it was sorted very quickly,

The Hotel reception people were fantastic and very welcoming on arrival and sorted out my maintenance issue very quickly,

The hotel is very good for value in price compared to other hotels within the Bristol area,

Excellent family stay. Welcoming and friendly staff who went above and beyond. Great location to access Cabot circus, less than five minute walk away and on to the harbour. Hotel very clean and comfortable. Restaurant on second floor, overlooking main road area, but over the trees so still felt slightly removed from the city once sat eating breakfast or dinner. Rooms comfy, quiet in terms of guest noise. Very good shower. We booked a premiere room with bed and double sofa bed. We chose this for location and thought we'd be disappointed as it was a heatwave and no pool, which we knew when booking, but it was a great choice and didn't disappoint. It's changed our view on holiday inn hotels, definitely compares with premiere Inn standards and better, pleasantly surprised. The staff offer a high standard for customer service. Thanks to all the staff, including Zen and Jayesh. We'd love to visit again.

Staff on the desk were really kind.
Beautiful clean and welcoming room.
Comfortable beds and air conditioned.
It had everything we needed.
Lovely breakfast in the restaurant.
Would definitely cone again.

The room was relatively large with an ample bathroom and ample shower. Tea making facilities and toiletries were provided. The cost of the room for the size of the room and the modern decoration was very good compared to other chains..

Stayed in the Holiday Inn for two nights. Location of the hotel was very central with everything in walking distance.
The room we stayed in was lovely, it had everything you could possibly need.
Breakfast was a buffet from fruit to a full English. We came down late on the first day, Marta from the restaurant was more than happy to help us out and made sure we didn’t feel like an inconvenience.
Overall a great stay!

Quite a bit of time here whilst working in Bristol and was happy with all aspects of the hotel.
Special mention to Zin in the restaurant - that’s how treat a guest diner.

It was very central location and a very comfortable hotel

The hotel was very clean and Marta Archana was incredibly hospitable. We had a really rough travel experience and needed some guidance and she helped us immensely.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay a comfortable and memorable one. We had a change in circumstance and they immediately accommodated our requirements so efficiently.

The rooms were spotless! We had a very pleasant stay.

Great location to centre of Bristol with parking right next door. And a 2 minute walk to Cabot circus.
Staff were soo helpful and friendly.
Air con room was great.
Breakfast was lovely and good variety choose from.
