That’s a very nice place, lots of nice things which I could mention : staff, rooms, AC, gym, location. I enjoyed the place and would be glad to come back. The private parking and pet friendly policy are very important bonuses for us.
The only thing that made me feel weird and I didn’t like was some extra fees / charge for small things like dish washer machine capsules, extra shower kits, etc. I had a feeling that for such a price it could have been included. Such a great hotel makes money on some small things.

We recently stayed at DUPARC Contemporary Suites in Turin and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing.
On arrival, our suite was unbearably hot. Considering we had paid for one of the more expensive suites, this was not what we expected. We raised the issue with reception, who offered us an alternative room, but it was significantly smaller and not comparable to the suite we had booked and paid for. As a result, we remained in our original room and spent the entire stay feeling uncomfortable, constantly sweating and struggling with the heat.
To make matters worse, there was a power cut during our stay which left us without electricity and water. This caused significant inconvenience and further impacted our enjoyment of the trip.
We also experienced a plumbing issue in our bathroom when a pipe broke and leaked water all over the toilet floor, creating both a mess and a safety concern.
In addition, one member of staff at breakfast was unnecessarily rude when returning an item to the bar. We received felt dismissive and unprofessional, which left a poor impression.
While some members of staff were polite when issues were reported, the number and severity of problems we encountered meant that our stay fell far below expectations. For a hotel of this standard and price point, we expected a much more comfortable and reliable experience. However the hotel itself is super clean, tidy and well kept and the majority of the staff were friendly.
Overall, our stay was unfortunately a disaster and not the experience we had hoped for. Based on our experience, we would not choose to stay here again.
The hotel is new and modern, located near a beautiful park. The room is very big and good equipped, including a spacious and clean bathroom with a window. The breakfast is very decent and much recommended. Good parking right at the hotel garage.
High price for a dog stay. Although for this price the hotel offered a dog bowl and a dog mat, but it's still high.
It was not very easy to find a garage entrance - I think there should be a clear sign upon the entrance
