A very comfortable place to call home in a beautiful city
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. It was a great local neighbourhood with good cafes and restaurants, plus the beautiful park and River zoo nearby.

Cons:

We feel it could be improved if kitchen utensils could be provided in order to do your own cooking, eg. chopping board, oil etc.

Four and a half stars
Pros:

Clean, well-equipped rooms. Friendly staff. Considering the distance away from the city centre, I would have hoped parking would be less expensive on site.
The breakfast was very good, restaurant a bit pricey.
The suite has a microwave and fridge and coffee making, but no sink or crockery so cooking and eating isn't a simple task
