Must Stay Boutique in the Heart of Hanoi
Pros:

Perfect location in the Old Quarter just step out and walk around. I am super sensitive to noise and our room was amazing off the street. The rooms are elegantly appointed yet with feelings of home statements which is nice when you have been traveling for awhile. The breakfast was amazing!! They have some of the best Pho we had in the city, make sure you get the beef. Their happy hour is nice especially after a day out in the heat to come back to a cool quiet spot. Their spa was wonderful and make sure to take advantage of the 40% of in the morning. Mai, the general manager is great and so very helpful in planning your day and stay including pickup at the airport which is great, especially when there are plane delays (as with us). They are great at What’s app before your travel and help you with everything for your trip. The staff knows you by your name and is there to please. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel!

Affordable in prime location
Pros:

I booked this hotel for one week in March and end up stayed there almost weeks. Everyone was nice and polite esp Ms Mai and Ms Ly. They all made me feel like at home. Location is absolutely amazing and my room has a spectacular view. Love Vietnam <3

Wonderful stay right in the center
Pros:

What a conveniently located hotel, the short distance to a lot of attractions + benifit of having a lot of street food, convenience stores and restaurants/bars right around the hotel made this best choice for the stay in the city. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and was cleaned well each day though I think the safe and the shower need a little bit of maintenance. It helped that my room wasn't facing the street because I could hear faint traffic noises well into the night but nothing that would disturb sleep.

A very nice three star hotel with very friendly staff
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hanoi Boutique Hotel and Spa. The room was nice and clean but unfortunately the bed was a bit hard for our liking. The bathroom was a bit dingy, but it was certainly serviceable.

The location was excellent, right in the middle of the old town with easy access to lots of great restaurants, cafes and bars.

The staff were great, in particular the concierge, Mai, who helped us with transport and tours and was always friendly and knowledgeable.

Overall a very good three star hotel.

Hôtel tellement charmant

Cet hôtel est parfait.
Il est très bien situé dans le quartier très animé du Vieux Hanoï, mais dans une rue très calme et charmante.
C'est un hôtel avec beaucoup de charme.
Notre hôtesse Mai à la réception a été d'une très grande gentillesse, professionnelle et disponible. Nous avons pu communiquer avec elle en français, et en anglais, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.
L'ensemble du personnel était très gentil, notamment Victor. Merci à vous tous.
C'était un bonheur de séjourner ici.

Remarkable experience
Pros:

Location of the hotel - in the Old Town - makes it really convenient to see the main attraction of Hanoi. It also provides customers with wide variety of choices when it comes to restaurants, shops etc. Rooms are clean and perfectly comforable. The staff working in the Hotel is very kind, helpful and welcoming, making the experience even better. It's certainly worth to choose this place and come back in the future.

Cosy character vibes and lovely staff!!!
Pros:

We stayed here for several nights when we arrived in Hanoi. The location is perfect, there is a great coffee shop across the street and so many local food vendors. Mai and the team were so accomodating and kind from the moment we booked. They made our stay truly wonderful and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Mai helped us with any questions, and even helped us book transport to a national park we wanted to visit. The rooms were very clean, cosy and had a Vietnamese feel. We loved the city view room so we could watch life go by from our window. The spa services were the best we have had - the massages were very strong and we felt very relaxed and slept very well afterwards. Walking distance to everything you need!!! We will definitely come back here when we return next year.

Smelly room
Pros:

We booked a four night stay from 28th March but left after one night, as the room was very smelly from the drain in the shower. When drawn to staff’s attention, they already knew there was an issue but didn’t mention it to us on check in. No other rooms available at the hotel that night so, reluctantly, we had to put up with it but couldn’t use the shower and avoided the bathroom generally, as much as possible. We were offered an alternative room from the next day but decided to move on. I can’t understand why the problem was not mentioned when we arrived, with an apology and refund for the night, rather than hoping we wouldn’t complain. Wasted valuable time at the end of our holiday looking for alternative accommodation, as well as incurring additional costs, as no refund!

Hanoi Boutique hotel - beautiful!
Pros:

The location of the hotel, right in the heart of the old town, and being within walking distance to city activities was great! The hotel has a beautiful welcoming atmosphere. The room we were in was very neat, clean and tidy. The value overall was reasonable.
The noise was not a problem at all, unless there was an event being held at the hotel and then it was a major issue and quite disturbing.
The hotel staff were most professional, warm and helpful. They were able to assist us with all of our requests!
