Decent Stay in Hanoi Old Town
Pros:

Nice clean little hotel in the heart of Hanoi down town. The staff were nice and the woman at the front desk gave us some good recommendations.

Cons:

However we had an interior view room which we assumed would overlook the courtyard or something but it was actually just a room with no windows or natural light. Make it very hard to wake up or know what time it was. The complimentary breakfast was not good at all. Hanoi hotels can be pricier than other places so value for cost this place is pretty decent just skip the breakfast and be sure to get a room with a window - I didn’t even know it was allowed to have hotel rooms with no windows…

Es ist super dunkel im Hotel. Wände, Decken und Möbel sehr dunkel gehalten Kaum Fenster und Tageslicht ich brauchte in meinem Bad eine Taschenlampe für mehr Licht.

La atención del personal. No fueron lo hospitalarios que acostumbran a ser en el país y nos estuvieron mareando con cuando podríamos acceder a la habitacion. Además, nos prepararon un desayuno para llevar que les solicitamos y dejó bastante que desear. Nos ofrecieron fruta (fue un plátano), yogur y un sándwich que resultó ser dos rodajas de pan con una loncha de queso. En otros hoteles, el sándwich resultaba ser el tradicional vietnamita. Poco cuidado la atención al cliente, pese al precio del hotel y la calidad que se le presupone
