Great experience and would recommend
Pros:

We had a spectacular time! The hotel itself is fantastic — right in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Apart from the hotel, its the people in the hotel that made our trip very memorable specially Mai and Ly from reception and Linh from the restaurant. They made every connection personal and really engaged with us all throughout our trip. At one point, my partner’s mum felt a bit ill and Mai had even offered us ginger tea and porridge to make her feel better. These things are what set ordinary hotels to extraordinary ones. All praises to the staff of Hanoi Boutique Hotel! We will definitely come back here and highly recommend to our friends and family when they visit Vietnam ( Ha Noi specifically) Thanh you very much team!!

Pros:

Sono venuta qui tre volte per soggiornare ad Hanoi: le stanze sono pulite e comode, la colazione abbondante e la posizione centralissima. Soprattutto, lo staff è gentilissimo, mi hanno aiutato in tutto, dal tenermi la valigia per un mese al comprarmi il biglietto per il cinema e mandare una cartolina :) consigliatissimo

Great stay right in the middle.of Hanoi old quarters.
Pros:

Spacious rooms right in the middle of Hanoi old quarters. If you are looking to spend a weekend in the Hanoi old quarters this is a very good option. Great breakfast, great food, very near to other old quarter hot spots and very courteous staff. The welcome treat of dried apricots was a bonus.

Beautiful tranquil hotel ;)
Pros:

We stayed at Hanoi Boutique Hotel & Spa in May 2026 as a family and had a really lovely experience. The biggest highlight for us was how hospitality the hotel feels. The design is beautiful and thoughtful details. Our room is on the 4th floor was spacious and comfortable, and we loved the balcony overlooking the city. We didn't try the restaurants except for the buffet breakfast, which we really enjoyed. I also had a massage at the spa, which was very relaxing after walking around in the heat. Service was friendly and attentive throughout.

Pros:

A truly delightful hotel run by very sweet people. The staff really does everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I have never felt so at home so far from home as in this beautiful hotel. Highly recommended, lovely luxury rooms and a super-deluxe spa. They will certainly see me back here if my health permits.

Cons:

週末はナイトマーケットが近く、周辺道路は交通規制がされているので、Grabでタクシー移動を考えている人は、週末の夜は避けたほうがいいかもしれません。ですが立地は抜群なので、徒歩で旧市街を歩いてまわれば全く問題ありません。

Exceptional service!

Beautiful hotel, friendly service, great rooms. Located right in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter. Service levels were exceptional. When we complained about our neighbour's Loud TV late at night, they promptly informed the other guest to reduce volume but also apologised whenever I went to the restaurant next 2 days. We missed packing a dress when checking out and they called us on the way to airport and helped deliver it to the airport using grab

Pros:

Hanoi boutique hotel is in the heart of Hanoi old town so you can get around very easily to the prime spots. Breakfast was great and had just enough options. The staff were very friendly, in particular the duty manager. She made sure everyone was ok and greeted everyone personally 🥰. All staff had great customer service. A BIG thank you to the reception staff and the security guard who helped me with my transfer/pick up from hotel.

Marvellous in every way
Pros:

This was our second visit to Hanoi, and Hanoi Boutique Hotel was one of the highlights of the trip. The property is ideally located in the heart of the Old Quarter, providing easy access to many of Hanoi's main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. Service was consistently excellent throughout our stay. Special recognition goes to Mai and Kien, who were both professional, friendly, and always willing to assist with any request. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality helped make our stay particularly enjoyable. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

Our stay in Hanoi was made even more memorable thanks to this wonderful hotel

The room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained throughout our visit. From the moment we walked through the doors, the team greeted us with genuine warmth and made us feel right at home. We did experience a small issue with our room booking upon arrival, and for a moment we considered finding another place to stay. However, the manager handled the situation professionally and quickly turned things around. We highly recommend choosing a Deluxe City view room, as some of the standard rooms can feel a bit compact. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The breakfast team was always attentive and welcoming, and Luca at the front desk went above and beyond. After we had already checked out and arrived at the bus station, Luca contacted us to let us know that my partner had accidentally left his phone behind. He immediately jumped on his scooter and personally delivered it to us just before our bus departed. That level of care is something you rarely encounter while traveling. A huge thank you to Luca and the entire team for making our stay so special. We would happily return on our next trip to Hanoi.
