I had an amazing stay at Hanoi Hotel Boutique & Spa and would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Hanoi.
The location is honestly perfect. It is right in the middle of the Old Quarter, but the hotel itself is in a very quiet little street with almost no noise at all. Walk for 2 or 3 minutes and you are straight in the heart of everything with restaurants, bars, shops and all the busy streets of Hanoi. So you really get the best of both worlds.
The rooms are also much better and bigger than I expected, especially for this location. I stayed in the room with the balcony and it was huge, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also really big with a separate bathtub and shower. Definitely one of the nicest rooms I had during my trip.
But what made this hotel really special for me was the staff. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful and they speak very good English, so arranging anything is easy.
A special mention for Mai, the manager, who was amazing. She arranged a 3-day trip to Sapa for me and everything was organised perfectly. What I really appreciated was that her help did not stop after I left the hotel. Even while I was in Sapa she stayed in contact and checked if everything was going well and if everything that had been promised was actually arranged. That kind of personal service is quite rare and made a big difference.
I also want to mention Rosie at the reception, who was always very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Whether I had a question or needed help with something, she was always happy to assist and made me feel very comfortable during my stay.
It is one of those hotels where you really feel that the people working there care if you have a good stay, instead of just giving you a room and sending you on your way.
Great location, beautiful and very clean rooms, almost no noise and especially amazing people. When I am back in Hanoi I will definitely stay here again.

-Hot water in the shower was hit and miss
-I donโt think it was very clear the jacuzzi/spa had a fee and you had to give advance notice to use. We went down ready for a dip with our towels to be told we couldnโt. I shouldnโt have assumed it was included in hotel price as it would be in the UK so my mistake but it was a shame.
This hotel was an absolute gem in the middle of Old Town Hanoi! Within walking distance of almost all the sights, yet still giving a true local and authentic feeling. Mai and her team were amazing, greeting us every morning at breakfast (definitely try the omelets) and making sure our plans for the day were set. When a problem arose with the A/C in our room, they moved us next door without a visit to the front desk being necessary--help with our bags and five minutes later we were settled in. Individual temperature control, good water pressure, and an amazing spa made this a nice oasis from the summer heat. Dozens of restaurants, several pharmacies, and many coffee shops within a few blocks. We also booked our Ha Long Bay cruise and private car through them, which made things super easy! Highly recommend for your visit to Hanoi!
We had a spectacular time! The hotel itself is fantastic โ right in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Apart from the hotel, its the people in the hotel that made our trip very memorable specially Mai and Ly from reception and Linh from the restaurant. They made every connection personal and really engaged with us all throughout our trip. At one point, my partnerโs mum felt a bit ill and Mai had even offered us ginger tea and porridge to make her feel better. These things are what set ordinary hotels to extraordinary ones. All praises to the staff of Hanoi Boutique Hotel! We will definitely come back here and highly recommend to our friends and family when they visit Vietnam ( Ha Noi specifically) Thanh you very much team!!
Sono venuta qui tre volte per soggiornare ad Hanoi: le stanze sono pulite e comode, la colazione abbondante e la posizione centralissima. Soprattutto, lo staff รจ gentilissimo, mi hanno aiutato in tutto, dal tenermi la valigia per un mese al comprarmi il biglietto per il cinema e mandare una cartolina :) consigliatissimo

Spacious rooms right in the middle of Hanoi old quarters. If you are looking to spend a weekend in the Hanoi old quarters this is a very good option. Great breakfast, great food, very near to other old quarter hot spots and very courteous staff. The welcome treat of dried apricots was a bonus.
The room was spacious, spotless, and everything worked perfectly. I thoroughly enjoyed my two-night stay here and felt well taken care of throughout. Highly recommended!
