The rooftop terrace is open all year round. The rooftop terrace bar is open from 18:45 to 23:15 during the months of June, July and August.

Pros:

Das Familienzimmer war sehr sauber, genug gross und geräumig. Unsere Kinder hatten ein Doppelbett. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Da unser Sohn seinen Geburtstag während dem Aufenthalt hatte, wurde er mit einem Kärtchen einer Flasche Wasser und einer feinen Süssigkeit überrascht 😊.
Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer Richtung Innenhof. Aber auch da die Terasse mit Bar war auf unserem Stockwerk, deshalb auch ok.

Pros:

Everything was perfect during my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my time there and would gladly stay again.

Cons:

The only downside was getting to the hotel from the train station. There were a lot of stairs along the way, which made carrying luggage quite difficult and inconvenient. Aside from that, everything was excellent.

Me gustó la habitación y el edificio es prácticamente nuevo, una pena que el persona sea tan mal educado.

Cons:

No me gustó la atención por parte del personal de Catalonia Atocha, extremadamente mal educados. Cuando hablé con la recepción por teléfono desde la habitación, colgaron 3 veces la llamada, dejándome a mitad de la frase. Después de haberme cobrado 3 veces la estacia por un error en su sistema de cobros, el personal de recepción se puso pasivo-agresivo. Un pésima experiencia.
