Public holidays may affect the reception's opening hours. Hotel reception is open from Monday to Saturday from 9AM to 10PM and on Sundays and public holidays from 10AM to 8PM. It is possible to check-in after the reception closes. Prior to arrival, the property will send check-in instructions via email. Guests under the age of 18 must send a parental consent form in advance. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

Very friendly staff. Coffee available downstairs at the reception, which was nice.
Pros:

Fantastic location. Right downtown Helsinki

Cons:

No facilities at all. A really small reception. The beds could be more comfortable. The mattress is okay, just the pillows could do with an upgrade. Also the bathroom gets very wet when you shower

Pros:

there was no breakfast but.there was a very nice cafe just up the road.

Cons:

not at the hotel where we stayed twice, but the Fins could smile and inter act more.

Enjoyed my few nights at Hotel Finn. Managed to watch World Cup games at nearby Irish pub. Desk staff very helpful.
Pros:

Right in the city centre. Close to many restaurants & bars. Desk staff helpful & friendly. Room & bed comfortable. Free coffee & tea in the foyer.
