Too expensive for the quality
Pros:

The staff was very polite and helpful. The cleaning of the room was also a positive element. The room was very silent, with the exception of the city's street cleaning crew with the leafblowers at 6:30 am (not the hotel's fault but it does affect the sleep). The bathroom is spacious, as is the shower. The hotel is far away from the city centre, but it is a straightforward route walking and just a few meters from the hotel there are bus stops that easily connect you to the main attractions (including the Sanctuary of the Madonna di San Luca).

Cons:

The room was really tiny and there was almost no space for anything: the desk was too small for a laptop, there is a really small gap between the bed and the desk. The shower (though spacious) had very little water pressure and the temperature would suddenly drop and take a long time to come back up. The bed was not confortable. The safe in the room was not even big enough for a tablet.

Ottima colazione, completa di tutto anche per chi mangia gluten free.comoda la posizione vicino all’ospedale Sant’Orsola e vicino alla fermata dell’autobus per il centro di Bologna.

Ci vorrebbe qualche mensola in più soprattutto nel bagno per poggiare gli oggetti personali

I would stay here again.
Pros:

The area was just outside the walls of the city. The area was good. The staff were always present. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

Lack of cupboard space. There was nowhere in the room to put our clothes, maybe just a shelf or a chair. Why don't hotel rooms have hangers to hang your coat on??
