Wir habe die Unterkunft 2 mal bezahlen müssen! Bookings.com reagiert auf keine Anfrage, warum 2 Buchungen erfolgten und auch berechnet wurden, obwohl uns nur eine Buchung bestätigt wurde.
The hotel was in a great location, quiet on the evenings, and the bed was very comfortable. the mattress was thick and new, which was needed for great night sleep. The staff were polite and friendly.

Zentrale Lage, das Zentrum der Altstadt war zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück reichhaltig. Der kostenpflichtige Parkplatz war sehr nah am Hotel und konnte im voraus reserviert werden.

Staff were friendly, location was good and walkable to the city center, the breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast, nothing fancy. Overall good value for the cost.
The bed was fine in terms of comfort, could have been better, and also a bit squeaky. Overall cleanliness was acceptable but there were a few things, for example the flush button on the toilet, that clearly needed to be cleaned. The hotel is a bit older but decently maintained.

Czysty hotel w dobrej lokalizacji. Bezpośredni autobus 36 z dworca Termini, a także do (nr 14) centrum. Bardzo blisko do supermarketu Coop i kilku knajpek. Polecam Pizzerię Royal Garden's - tanio i smacznie choć sam lokal bardzo mały. Śniadanie skromne, ale wystarczające. Bardzo dobra kawa.
Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój z dwoma osobnymi łóżkami, a otrzymaliśmy jedno. Potem przeniesiono nas do innego pokoju od ulicy, gdzie jest duży hałas. Po dwóch godzinach z klimatyzacji zaczęła lecieć woda. Po jakimś czasie została naprawiona. Niestety, w środku nocy znowu zaczęła lecieć woda, więc musieliśmy klimę wyłączyć i mordować się w upale (w ciągu dnia 35 stopni) do rana. Po śniadaniu musieliśmy czekać na zmianę pokoju około dwóch godzin.
Nikt nas nie przeprosił, ani nie zaproponował żadnej rekompensaty.
