Goed en keurig hotel met vriendelijk personeel op loopafstand van het centrum van Bologna.
Pros:

Fijne ligging aan de rand van de stad; goede loopafstand naar het centrum. Mogelijkheid tot reserveren van een parkeerplaats.
Het personeel was vriendelijk en goed Engels sprekend.
De kamer was netjes, voorzien van een kleine mini- bar en airco. Het bed was perfect, met een goed matras.

Cons:

Helaas was tijdens ons verblijf de verkeerssituatie vóór het hotel door werkzaamheden onduidelijk. Lastig om precies de juiste weg te vinden.

Pros:

A pretty good hotel for a short stay in Bologna—about a 15-minute walk from the historic center and close to parking if you are driving. It was clean, and we particularly appreciated that they stored our luggage for a reasonable amount of time after check-out.

Cons:

The room was admittedly a bit cramped (it was a tight fit for two people with two suitcases).

Buona soluzione zona Ospedale Sant'Orsola a 25 min. a piedi dal centro
Pros:

Discreta posizione a 25 minuti a piedi da Piazza Maggiore (centro) e dalle caratteristiche vie con i portici nel cuore di Bologna.
La camera, che fortunatamente dava sul cortile nel retro (sulla via principale ci sono attualmente, a inizio luglio 2026, i lavori per la messa a terra dei binari della nuova linea tramviaria della città con notevoli disagi sia per la viabilità che per il frastuono delle ruspe.....) era molto silenziosa.
Colazione a buffet completa e abbondante.
Camera pulita con letti comodi e riposanti
L'Hotel non dispone di un parcheggio privato ma si lascia la macchina in strada a pagamento ((strisce blu - come in quasi tutta Bologna) a pagamento.
Una buona soluzione, che si trova (per chi ne dovesse aver bisogno), proprio davanti ad uno degli accessi dell'Ospedale Sant'Orsola (ma non vicino all'accesso delle ambulanze del Pronto Soccorso).

Cons:

Frigo bar molto piccolo dove si riesce a mettere solo una bottiglia d'acqua da 1,5 lt oltre a quelle in dotazione dell'Hotel.
Una precisazione, in quasi tutti gli Hotel da me utilizzati ho trovato 1 bottiglia d'acqua di cortesia a persona al giorno.
Qui invece, seppur specificato nel prezzario all'interno della camera per quanto riguarda le consumazioni del frigo bar che a torto, raramente vengono lette come è successo a me, anche l'acqua è a pagamento alla esorbitante cifre di € 2,00 per una bottiglietta di 50 cc.
Visto il costo della camera e quello delle confezioni di bottiglie d'acqua nei supermercati ho trovato questo servizio come mancante e ad un costo veramente esagerato.
Suggerirei alla proprietà di offrire ai viaggiatori, magari reduci da un lungo viaggio (come è successo a noi), almeno una bottiglietta d'acqua compresa nel prezzo della camere.
Non credo che tale incombenza possa influire così pesantemente sul bilancio di un Hotel a fronte di un sevizio, sicuramente gradito, che dimostri una precisa attenzione al cliente.
