À part cela, très agréable hôtel, propre, ...
Pros:

Je n'ai pas eu le temps d'apprécier les thermes et piscine mais pour le reste, excepté le parking où je ne savais pas que je pouvais prendre une place handicapé ou pour véhicule électrique (ce qui m'a fait tourner plusieurs fois...), tout était agréable.

Cons:

Ne pas avoir eu directement l'info pour le parking des places à prendre car Monsieur me disait qu'il y avait des places réservées pour l'hôtel donc je cherchais un emplacement Bero Hôtel alors qu'il fallait prendre une place pour handicapé ou pour véhicule électrique si le parking était complet et il restait 4 places la première fois que je suis rentrée dans le parking dont 2 électriques et 2 handicapés... qui m'a fait tourner en voiture, resortir du parking, resonner à la réception, laissant ma maman pas en grande forme qui s'inquiétait.... et c'est au final le gardien du parking qui m'a dit que je pouvais prendre ces places-là donc il en restait juste une quand je suis rentrée à nouveau dedans...!

Zimmer und Frühstück waren perfekt.

Geweldig verblijf met alle voorzieningen inclusief.
Pros:

Zwembad, sauna en ontbijt.

Cons:

Lelijke kleur en gescheurde vitrages op de kamer (K312) doen helaas af aan de luxe. Dat kan met simpele vervanging meteen een stuk luxer eruit zien.

Te duur voor wat het was. Sauna teleurstelling.

Goed gelegen.

Cons:

Bedden zeer slecht. Zakte door en zeer laag. Badkamer heeft veel ouderdom kwalen. Wc geen handdoek en zeep aanwezig. Voor sauna mochten er 2 extra badhanddoeken aanwezig zijn. Sauna werkte niet veel, zware teleurstelling, geen kleedhokjes met sloten. Ontbijt was goed. Zeer warm in de gangen, veel lawaai horend op de kamers van de gang en buiten. Gangen waren onverzorgd. Overal lag wel iets. Veel te duur voor wat het was.

Goed maar het kan zeker veel beter

Goede ligging vh hotel, vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt met veel keuze

Cons:

In heel het hotel was het superwarm. De badkamervloer was ook heel warm. We hebben met de ramen volledig open moeten slapen, en daarbij nog een ventilator opgezet. En dan was het de 1e nacht nog te warm, terwijl het buiten helemaal eerder koud was. Geen 4sterren waard, eerder 3 sterren. Heel ouderwetse kamer, douche nemen in een bad met hoge instap en een scherm dat de vloer altijd natmaakte is niet meer van deze tijd. De wc bleef altijd lopen. Dit hebben we gemeld ter reparatie. We hebben geen gebruikgemaakt van de wellness of het zwembad dus daar kan ik geen oordeel over geven

Pros:

Ruime keuze bij ontbijt. Grootte van de kamer was ok. Fijne apart toilet (dus niet in de badkamer). Bedden lagen wel goed.

Cons:

we kregen een kamer in het oudere gedeelte van het hotel en dat was ook te merken. Onze kamer had een raam vlak naast de airco's of iets dat erop leek die wel heel veel lawaai maakten om de zoveel tijd. Er was wel genoeg aanbod qua ontbijt maar heel hygienisch was het niet. Beleg lag er al die tijd gewoon (niet gekoeld) en dat zag je ook heel goed aan het eten. Voor gewoon brood moest je al super vroeg aan het ontbijt zitten anders had je pech.

On a l’habitude de venir dans cet établissement. Non la piscine était chouette le sauna était chouette aussi

Je suis arrivé le vendredi vers 16 heures pour prendre ma chambre et la personne de l’accueil était assez froid. Donc tu as signalé au lendemain à la personne de l’accueil. Moi qui m’a dit que j’étais pas le seul à se plaindre de lui mec que c’était un bon élément.
