Estancia muy placentera !
Pros:

Excelente servicio habitaciones cómodas y sobre todo muy limpias , desayuno excelente y el servicio del personal muy bien 🙂 hablan español y nos brindaron un mapa con todos los lugares turísticos que podíamos conocer . Además nos ofrecieron el servicio de parking para no tener que preocuparnos donde dejar el coche .

Waar voor je geld.
Pros:

De ontbijt ruimte viel tegen onze verwachting mee. Ook het feit dat groepen een aparte ruimte hebben voor het ontbijt is een meevaller.

Cons:

Heel erg duistere kamer, verlichting was ook maar heel erg sober. Er ging een licht 'muffe' geur.

Para recomendar a quien desee ir a Lourdes, estar cerca del Santuario, descansar y desayunar bien
Pros:

La ubicación, lo mejor del hotel. A escasos metros de la puerta de San José de la Basílica.
El lobby es espectacular.
Las personas de la recepción y los camareros que nos atendieron en el desayuno, muy serviciales y amables.
El entorno para desayunar es muy cómodo. Estaba en la primera planta, alejado del ruido de paso de las personas, y te invitaba a estar cómodo. El desayuno buffet, sin pretensiones, pero tenía de todo y muy rico. Había tortitas y crepes (no solo crepés) y también salado. Lo básico, pero muy rico.
Las camas muy confortables, las habitaciones nada ruidosas.

Como teníamos dos habitaciones reservadas y teníamos la habitación contigua con personas con mascotas (por tanto, ruidosas lógicamente) nos movieron a otras habitaciones alejadas de las mascotas sin problema. Lo agradecimos mucho.

Cons:

Por decir algo menor, si bien la habitación y el lobby es nuevo, los baños están limpios pero resultan muy anticuados, con baldosas de color salmón y poca luz, en comparación con el resto del hotel que es espectacular y que es lo que sale en las fotografías. La bañera resulta especialmente alta para entrar (en especial para personas de más edad puede resultarles muy incómodo) pero sí sé que tienen habitaciones con baños habilitados para personas con movilidad reducida.
Por ello, no es que no nos gustara, es porque choca con la calidad de las otras instalaciones. Seguro que lo acometerán para próximas reformas.

Very welcoming. Would stay again.
Pros:

Excellent location within easy walking distance of the Sanctuary. A television in reception relays broadcasts in HD from the Sanctuary.
Very clean and comfortable. Not cheap but not extortionate like so much of the commercial part of the town.
Very friendly helpful staff; particular thanks to Andrew for making our arrival so smooth.
Good strength Internet.
Parking at 20€/night might seem expensive but it compared favourably to the locale.

Cons:

Our party of 3 had 2 with mobility issues and struggled with the short but steep incline up to the front of the hotel.
In the exceptional heat, a fridge in the room would have been appreciated.
