The hotel is a short walk from the Sanctuary of Lourdes. It is extremely practical and feels safe even at night.
There are multiple restaurants and shops just at the entrance of the hotel.
The staff are wonderful. Kudos to the Manager Françoise for her professionalism, warmth and customer centricity. Thanks also to Andrew and Brigitte, who displayed amazing customer service and were accommodating for a pilgrim who came from very afar to do a pilgrimage to Lourdes. Many thanks for having played a part in making my pilgrimage to Lourdes an impressive experience.
There is not much to not like.
The only improvement in the room would be a mini fridge.
Otherwise, the room has all the necessities.

Travelled with our pilgrimage and so glad we chose the Elesio.All of the staff are so welcoming. They were all so kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. As a strict vegetarian, I never had any issues with food choices and there was plenty of it. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The bar area was lovely to sit for a wine after a hot day, and prices were no more than any other hotel of that calibre. The gates of the sanctuary are a few minutes walk away. Perfect.
