Pros:

The location is perfect for relaxing. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful woods, with a thermal bath directly in front of it. The bus station is only a 2–5 minute walk away, so it’s also very convenient for getting around. Overall, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy some peace and nature. And 15 minutes in to City centre

Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, ansprechendes Zimmer, guter Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergang und Radtour am See. Direkte Busverbindung in die Altstadt. Freundliches Ambiente in den Räumlichkeiten - Wohlfühlfaktor!!

We had booked a room with breakfast. Our room was not mentioned in the breakfast list on the morning and the waitress was not so pleasant until she could get the confirmation. Later at check or I was again asked to pay for the breakfast where I again had to prove my booking, then rudely being told to wait as they check and then not even an excuse me for the mix up. Just bad organizing and rude on top.

Schöne Lage im Grünen, Seeblick, komfortables Parken für Hotelgäste.

Cons:

Das Personal war nicht besonders serviceorientiert: drei Mitarbeiterinnen beschäftigten sich mit ihren Handys, als ich an die Rezeption trat. Auch die Servicekräfte am Frühstücksbuffet wirkten eher lustlos, niemand grüßte, wenig Motivation.
Schade für dieses schöne Haus.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist für das sehr kleine Zimmer ( Abstellkammer) im Stammhaus zu hoch. Der Kleiderschrank ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte erneuert werden. Auf der Auslegware im Zimmer sind Flecken. Der Teppich im Treppenaufgang ist sehr dreckig (sollte erneuert werden). Bei dem Frühstück gab es keine Fruchtjoghurts oder Quark. Marmeladen, Honig oder eine Schokoladencreme gab es nur in abgepackten Minibehältnissen (sehr viel Abfall). Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr abgelegen.
