The employees are so helpful at the reception especially that beautiful girl Rona🥰 And the supervisor at the restaurant Eliza🥰. Super cute and super kind indeed 🙌
The carpet in the whole way and in the rooms stink because they are super dirty. These things need to be replaced.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, and the room had everything needed for a pleasant stay. I had previously stayed at this hotel brand in Dubai and had a great experience, which is why I chose it again in Seoul. Once again, it fully met my expectations
