Pros:

Friendly and committed staff who communicated great throughout our stay. The hotel shuttle is a huge plus and makes travelling around Hakuba Village hassle-free. Rooms are new, clean, and beautiful. Having a washer and dryer in the hotel is also super convenient. Would love to stay here again!

Cons:

Wifi is pretty weak but not a deal breaker

朝食付きのPRが良いかと思う。玄関入ったら暗過ぎでした、
Pros:

寝具や、タオルがとても綺麗で気持ちか良かった。

Cons:

インスタントコーヒーなどがあったら、良かったかなと思います。
○　エアコンやポットの使い方のシールを貼っておいた方が良い。
○　内線電話がなかったのでフロントに行くのが面倒。それとも、説明書を置くか？です。

また利用したいです。
Pros:

部屋も浴室も綺麗で清潔が保たれていました。ウェルカムドリンクも嬉しかったです。子供が2段ベットを喜び景色も立地も最高でした。

Cons:

チェックインが重なり、時間がかかった。スタッフに日本人、若しくは日本語が話せる人を増員してほしい。
