Solid choice for a business stay
Pros:

I've stayed at this location about 15 times in the past 2-3 years. It's been a good experience. Staff has been friendly and helpful. Good value. Rooms are clean. The rare times I had a small issue, they promptly addressed it in a satisfying way.

A great place to stay
Pros:

This place had great beds and bathrooms. A wonderful looking gym and a truly spectacular host. I would highly recommend this inn.

Great, comfy, and close to stores and food.
Pros:

The staff was very nice and accomodating, the breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast.

Cons:

The pool could have been a little cleaner but, being summer and I'm sure several people using it is understandable.

Excellent.
Pros:

First and foremost, James Aughtman was a "dream" to work with in getting these rooms secured. Our rooming list changed almost daily, and he kept it current like no one I have used before. Thank you, Jamie!
Our people were very pleased with the staff and facility at Hampton Inn & Suites Eagle Point in Birmingham, AL. We will definitely use them again should the need arise in the future.

Traveling stop 1 night
Pros:

The Hotel was very very clean and neat, Kevin greeted us warmly and Yesly also was very nice. Our room and amenities were spot on, along with very nice furnishings in the room. Comforting sleeping and shower had very nice products for showering. The breakfast area was also nicely organized and kept clean. I would definitely recommend using this location as it is in nice location and close to shopping and dining areas.

Exceeded Expectations
Pros:

We had a block of rooms for my daughter's wedding. Jamie, the Director of Sales, was wonderful to work with and made sure every aspect of our stay was as we expected. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel is recently renovated and the rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet, large dining area, and exercise room are all very nice perks. This was my second visit to this hotel and I will definitely stay here again when I return to Birmingham.

Pros:

The entire team at the property was professional. The rooms were as expected. The best part has always is the opportunity to make those Hilton waffles. We’re looking forward to our next stay in July

Great Spot For Mid Sized Team Meeting
Pros:

We hosted a quarterly meeting at the location and everything was great! The local team was great to work with setting up the event, and everything there was exactly as we expected and needed it to be! Bonus that the location is close to plenty of great dining options!
