Staff was nice trying to compensate for the weird hotel policies, especially Mark at the reception, well done.
When this hotel says your breakfast is included, what they mean is a partial credit to your breakfast bill, despite what it says on your booking. The rooms are already $1k and above, so cheaping out on charging the extra $10-$15 really left a bad impression.
Moreover, they were struggling to return the deposit on a visa card that was issued outside of Canada (calling it international), so we had to leave the hotel, walk an hour to take cash out from a nearest bank, instead of a smooth check in tired after travels.
The staff was really polite and helpful. The rooms were very clean, and customer service is 10/10.
We loved everything about the St Regis Toronto. From the efficient, kind and helpful people at the front desk, to Paolo and Neil at the concierge desk, to Ece at Louis Louis, and skilled and helpful waitperson Arta, we were always well taken care of. Great location, well appointed and well serviced rooms, and consistently fine service! We couldn't be happier to recommend St Regis Toronto for your stay.

Booked 4 rooms, pre-paid under my name.
St Regis Check-in refused to have a top customers check in even after I confirmed within Agoda immediately, even after I complied send out of the airplane a email confirmation… named all my customers, still refused , because I used another email address. Imagine, the booking ID is there, the booking confirmation is there and email confirmation and St Regis management refuses my customers to check-in.
This is the most embarrassing Hotel and situation.
I can only ask and warn you of this completely incapable and incompetent Management Team at the St Regis. Once and never again. No apology can make up for this Desaster.
Amazing experience. The staff are incredible—professional, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. A special shoutout to Mark at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure everything ran smoothly. The service throughout the hotel was top-notch, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. Highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Not very clean
Terrible experience since I have checked in. I am here with a group of business people and since I checked in, it’s been one thing after another. They didn’t inform me or butler services I could avail of, I had to find out from a colleague. Turn down was poor at best -turning down a room is NOT providing a glass and bottle of water at the bed. They didn’t even provide fresh towels. Furthermore, my room wasn’t cleaned today when I returned at 3pm. I sent items for pressing and requested one tonight - as I have a 4am start in the morning. I was then informed that I ‘only had a red dress’ in for pressing and nothing else, even though it was a cami that I requested from three separate staff members. Yes, three different people. I had to go to reception and retrieve my clothes, where I was met with rudeness and a threat that they would not retrieve my clothes until I reminded that’s called theft.
I have spoken to two managers and have zero confidence in this hotel. The team do not communicate.
I am here another six nights and I’m dreading it. A three star hotel would do better. Awful experience.
