The cancelled my booking last minutes and whilst halfway into a 3 hour journey to get there with no explanation
Quietness of room. Excellent leisure facilities
Surprised for an Executive room, no bottled water provided or robes and slippers

We were in a suite - no water in the room which in this day and age is not good.
Light on all night on balcony - it could not be turned off.

Clean, staff were friendly and always serviced the room nicely. The restaurant food was lovely and the room was comfortable.
Some of the decor was dated and the poolside could have been cleaner.

Prices were steep. No complimentary early or later check in- this was refused.

The hotel has a nice size pool and the room was large. Beds are extremely comfortable
It’s very dated, the pool area has a lot of broken tiles on the hot tub. The rail was very loose.

It was a but of a trek to find food , 36mins. Day 2 breakfast took a really long time to arrive. Children time to use pool and breakfast time clash. Wouod b3 great if one was extended
