Pros:

Room clean comfortable and the staff is great as well.

Cons:

Pricing could be alot less considering we are homeless. We're hoping we can get the same room or double beds in the future because we have no where to go and both work so we will be hear for a while.

Overall it was okay but it could of been an little better especially the bed

The property was in an good location. The parking was great.

Cons:

The ants in the shower and room. The bed was very uncomfortable it was hard. Nobody came and gave us new towels I had to go to the desk to get some. Never came and clean out the trash.

That my name was on the do not rent list that I did not know about saying that the last time I stayed my room was filthy. Which was not true? I would never leave a room, not picked up. We asked a little bit more into it to see what they meant by. It was not clean and they said that there was trash in the trash cans that were to the top. But it's a trash can for the room. We cleaned everything else. We didn't take out the trash that they're supposed to be taking out of our room, we didn't take it out personally. And that's why you put me on the list that is ridiculous, and I would never, ever leave a room messy, I'm very clean to when I leave, I'm not a slob, we stay about 4 or 5 days. So of course, there's going to be trash, I took out what we could So put me on the list like that.They lost a very good customer!!

Quiet.Very comfortable bed. I like to take baths. Glad there was a tub with grab bar and HOT water.

You don't have to keep the light on for us. We won't be staying here again.

Cons:

Room smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. Welcome mat was filthy. Room was not very clean; dirt in corners of the room and the floor was filthy, probably from the welcome mat.
We were told our room was ready at 2:45, but if we wanted to check in at that time it would have cost us $35! For 15 minutes! So we waited outside in our car. The other man who checked us in was nicer and more friendly.
Room was never freshened up while we were there. Bed not made, no fresh towels, etc.
