Pros:

An underrated hotel. We had rooms with balcony and beautiful views toward the beach on the other side of the small road. Wonderful staff and small hotel with a small spa.

Zwei Verschenkte Tage !!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen!! Das Hotel punktet etwas mit der Lage zum „Strand“ wobei das kein Strand ist sondern ein Wasserzugang der ab 7.00 Morgens bis ca.22.00 völlig überfüllt ist.

Cons:

Im Zimmer hat es nach Fäkalien gestunken!! Allgemein ab 6.00 Morgens bis 2.00 Nachts sehr laut.
Wir wären ausgezogen wenn wir von Booking.com unterstützt wurden wären was nicht der Fall war.
Das Hotel ist völlig Überteuert und die positiven Bewertungen sind für mich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehbar!!

Would I stay here again? Possibly.
Pros:

The location of this hotel is outstanding, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. Those two things alone make it a memorable place to stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience was affected by several issues\. The air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night, making it very uncomfortable to sleep\. In addition, the electronic door lock malfunctioned, so we had to use a manual key that was required to be left at the front desk whenever we went out\. When we returned from dinner one evening, the front desk was unattended, leaving us waiting to access our room\.

Although the staff offered us two complimentary glasses of wine, we were disappointed that there was no reduction in our room rate given the significant problems we experienced. Considering the premium price we paid—especially since I later noticed the room was available at a much lower rate—I felt a partial refund or credit would have been a more appropriate gesture.

Would I stay here again? Possibly. The incredible location and spectacular views make it tempting, but I would hope the maintenance issues have been resolved and that guest concerns are handled differently in the future. Note: Staff was very friendly!

Pretty Ibiza-style hotel opposite the beach with large comfortable bedroom
Pros:

View over the beach, the decor was very pretty, light and good airconditioning. Staff helpful and welcoming, other clients elegant and private. Nice entrance and access to the beach, opposite bus stop for the train station. 10 minutes walk comfortably into the main port and restaurant area of Cassis. Nice music on Saturday night in the bar outdoor area.

Cons:

The lift did not work for the three days we were there (on the 3rd floor), guest next door watching TV at 3am! Walls thin, the spa area was underused as it was hot and needed remodernising.
