Staff gentilissimo hotel molto pulito

Perfect spot in Khiva, wonderful staff
Pros:

The staff is warm and eager to help. We arrived late in the evening and were there for just one night before a long train to Tashkent. They made sure everything we needed was taken care of:
- Finding a driver for a 6:30am pickup and helping negotiate down to half the original price
- Rushing out laundry to be done in one hour
- Preparing a late dinner
- Having a to go breakfast box ready before we left

The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the grounds of the hotel are spacious and beautiful. It’s delightful how kind the staff is to the cats in the area too! I would stay here any time Khiva and recommend it to anyone.

Pros:

L’Asia Khiva è un hotel molto grande dislocato in cinque strutture attorniate da un giardino curatissimo. È situato a due passi dalla meravigliosa città vecchia. Buffet colazione abbondante.

Cons:

Se proprio devo fare un appunto, i materassi dei letti sono particolarmente rigidi.

El hotel es amplio, la habitación enorme, buena cama, buen desayuno. Está muy bien localizado frente a la Puerta Sur de la Ciudad Vieja

Cons:

El baño tiene una bañadera incomoda y peligrosa para entrar y salir.
El desayuno tiene pocas de las cosas que espera un viajero occidental

Best hotel in Uzbekistan!
Pros:

If I could give this hotel 20/10 I would! The staff went beyond and above, the pool was amazing, breakfast was filling and the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The pillows and beds were amazing and the mini bar was well stocked and well priced. The team went out of their way to help us with vehicle and insurance problems and asked for nothing in return. Best stay EVER!

Cons:

Everything was fantastic.

Tutto.
Appena fuori dalle mura di khiva.
Personale gentile, upgrade allo stesso prezzo, super stanza, super pulito. Colazione ricca e buona. Piscina accogliente, pulita, con personale sempre presente e attento anche al bar della piscina oltre che alla reception. E non ultimo, quando abbiamo chiesto di tenere le valigie perchè partivamo tardi ci hanno lasciato, senza pagamenti aggiuntivi, l utilizzo della piscina e l utilizzo della stanza anche per tutto il pomeriggio del giorno di partenza.
Penso una delle strutture migliori e più accoglienti dove abbiamo soggiornato.

struttura datata con servizi buoni ma il prezzo è elevato

colazione buona , ricca , non all'italiana ma buona
camre confortevoli e aria condizionata ad un buon livello

Cons:

struttura un po dispersiva composta da molti padiglioni camenre un po datate specie per il prezzo che si pagava, acqua a pagamento , piscina con pavimentazione troppo calda per camminarci nelle ore centrali così come la scaletta. la Birra presa a bordo piscina era calda , l'acqua da portarsi in cameera a pagamento si trovava sono neell'edificio principale

Albergo molto bello, tranquillo, silenzioso, con tante aree verdi e vicino al centro. Personale molto gentile e professionale e molto disponibile. Camera molto spaziosa , bella , molto pulita (con due servizi di pulizia al giorno). Avevamo prenotato una suite. Letti comodi. Rapporto prezzo qualita'/ottimo. Colazione ottima .Servizio aggiuntivo : massaggio eccellente.

Cons:

Colazione sarebbe stata perfetta con aggiunta di crossaint. Ma è solo un consiglio.

Ruhige Oase neben der Wüstenfestung
Pros:

Direkt an der Stadtmauer gelegenes Ensemble mit Pool und Poolbar. Ruhig und zentral. Sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, besonders hervozuheben an der Rezeption war Herr Umidbek. Vielen Dank für alles.

Pros:

We stayed in this hotel in 2025 and loved it - so we returned in 2026.
And we received room upgrade and free late checkout - both were really helpful for us!
