Amazing location just in front of one of the gates to the old city. Great breakfast with lots of choices, including western options for kids 😆
The pool outside is definitely a plus, especially in the summer when you want to freshen up in the afternoon before going out for a walk again. Beautiful fresh gardens around all buildings.
Super comfortable beds and very helpful staff, always nearby to help.

Location at the entrance to the old town. Warm welcome, friendly and helpfull staff. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. And the best part- garden with a pool- a grean oasis in the middle of hot Khiva. And hotel accepts credit cards, which is not the case in all small hotels in Uzbekistan.

La posizione fantastica, subito dopo la porta della città vecchia di Khiva. Lo staff sempre presente e super disponibile. Le camere comode e spaziose. Ottima e varia la colazione

The swimming pool was marvellous and refreshing, every morning there was a marvellous and delicious breakfast with a high choice of sweet and savoury local dishes. The beds were immensely comfortable and the facility was extremely quiet, which is a perfect combination for sleeping very well. The hotel is also located in front of the south gate of khiva and just at 5 minutes walk from the main monuments.

We had a wonderful stay at Asia Khiva Hotel and can highly recommend it.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, professional, and happy to communicate in English, which made everything very easy. We were also pleasantly surprised when our standard triple room was upgraded to a spacious family room at no extra charge – a gesture we really appreciated.

The hotel is located within easy walking distance of Khiva’s beautiful Old Town, making it an excellent base for sightseeing. At the same time, the hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere with a lovely green garden and a swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options.

The combination of outstanding hospitality, relaxing surroundings, excellent location, and great service made our stay truly memorable. We would definitely choose Asia Khiva again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Khiva.

Wir hatten 3 super Tage in dieser schönen Unterkunft . Sie liegt hervorragend mit kurzem Weg in die Altstadt und doch ruhig . Besonders gut gefiel uns der weitläufige Garten , in dem man immer eine ruhige Ecke fand , um der Mittagshitze zu entkommen . Wir durften sogar ohne zusätzliche Kosten eine Stunde später auschecken - kurzum : absolute Empfehlung !

Lo mejor el trato de los trabajadores muy cercano y respetuoso, Matluba una chica muy agradable que nos ayudo en todo lo que estuvo en su mano, al igual que sus compañeros que nos consiguieron una bufanda de la selección de Uzbekistan que estaban agotadas. Además pudimos descansar antes de nuestra partida, en nuestra habitación enorme, gracias al late check out que nos ofrecieron sin coste adicional. Lo cual agradecemos mucho pues personalmente me estaba recuperando de un malestar intestinal y me vino genial!! El desayuno variado y correcto, aunque en mi caso no pude disfrutar demasiado. Todo muy limpio y con excelente ubicación.

We loved our stay at Hotel Asia Khiva. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was super clean. They provided a yummy and generous breakfast and also allowed us to have a late checkout as we were leaving on an overnight train. And we really loved the pool and the beautifully maintained gardens.

Perfect place to stay while in Khiva, it's right outside the south gate, it takes only a few minutes to get to the main attractions. Staff was fantastic they're lovely, I loved the garden and the small pool, great place to chill. Room was great, aircon was perfect but I nearly didn't need it as it was quite cool inside (and it was 40 degrees when I was there!)
