Very clean and cared for. Great location.
Great location and fantastic breakfast.
Beautiful
There wasn’t anything not to like
Recently refurbished rooms. Excellent rooms and bath. My only minor niggle is the bed whilst very comfortable was a little high and my wife struggled to get onto the bed 😁
The staff were very helpful, full of local information and very attentive for a lovely breakfast
Very good furnishings and decor ideally located for Castle. Very impressed to have a Dyson fan provided for hot weather !
A glass bathroom door even though it was opaque isn’t ideal. To be really picky what the room was missing was a mini fridge.
Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent comfortable super king bed. Good shower.
No sitting outside space.
Tutto! Stanza grande e luminosa, bagno moderno, letto comodo, tutto pulitissimo. Bella bella bella!
Posizione eccezionale, al castello ci si va a piedi!!!
Nulla!
Heel stijlvol ingericht, lief personeel en een hele goede creatieve keuken (zowel ontbijt als avondeten)! Netjes en schoon, fijne plek.
Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
The loo seat was keen on unseating one at a jaunty angle! The window actually came out of the frame!
Sehr schönes, neu renoviertes Hotel mitten in Arundel. Liebevoll gestaltete Zimmer, perfekter Service. Ein Juwel unter englischen Gasthäusern. Ich wäre gerne länger geblieben. Das Bett war ein Traum und ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt.
The position in the town
Na
Superb breakfast, and restaurant offering pretty good as well - serving staff for both were excellent too. Location very central and handy for the castle. There is no hotel parking, but there is a public car park at reasonable price just behind the hotel.
Unfortunately we were there during the 35C June heatwave - there was no aircon in the room and the nights were very uncomfortable as a result (I knew there was no aircon when I booked, just hadn't bargained for the heatwave) - the hotel had provided a fan, but the window in the bathroom was painted shut and it was difficult to get any air through the room during the night. Would stay there again, if visiting at cooler times of the year, or even in summer as long as I left to last minute and checked weather forecast beforehand.
My partner and I have spent the weekend hiking in Arundel and The Swan hospitality at the end of the day was everything we needed. The cozy environment and friendly staff will make you feel like home. Location is excellent - 2 -3 minutes walking distance from the castle, restaurants at the door step, and parking facilities at the back. Highly recommended! Thank you for making our stay comfortable and hassle free x

The furnishings, bed comfort, decor.
I noticed on the Sunday morning when the chef brought my eggs Benedict that his nails were filthy.
It put me off my food. I couldn’t eat my breakfast.
I was very shocked as we’d eaten the day before and had an evening meal.
