Convenient location, nice room.
No parking, many items on menu ran out.
Very considerate and helpful staff. Good food.
Steep stairs. Unfortunately a feature of old building.
Very good breakfast, friendly staff and comfortable room.
Nothing.
The bedroom was beautiful with the best bed I have ever slept in. The decor was gorgeous throughout the hotel.
The staff were fantastic, especially the lady who checked us in.
Great breakfast with good quality ingredients.
The location of the hotel is perfect.
The bathroom was not great. There was sawdust behind the loo and the loo seat was falling off. It looked bare and the water pressure was low.
Great room and a delicious roast
Great staff, nice spacious decorated rooms, great food. We were very welcomed.
Being pedantic but beds are quite overcrowded with cushions and quite high up, but very minor.
Located in centre of beautiful Arundel. No parking but there was a public car park directly behind £9.40 for 24 hours. Room well appointed with tea, Nespresso coffee machine, water and biscuits. Dyson fan. Bed exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was superb. Staff very friendly.
Renovated in June to a high standard.
Exceptional staff including Yvonne, the waiting staff at breakfast and young man who checked us in at 3pm.
Never expected so great & high standard from a pub restaurant hotel.
A blessing in disguise but TV did not work so could enjoy room and hotel.
Location, staff , accommodation, good food
A little loud with other guests getting in late at night
Room was lovely and comfortable. Nice touch of water each day
Breakfast was amazing
Even though no parking, the car park at the back is less than 100 yards away.
Ideal location for all of Arundel and beyond
We adored it. Our room had a view of the castle, a comfortable bath and shower which all worked perfectly, and the bed was really comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast in the morning in the cosy room beside the bar, and had direct access to every part of the town we wanted to see.
Fantastic luxury stay in a luxurious location, I believe the rooms had recently been refurbished and it showed with a comfortable stay followed by an excellent breakfast.
The price point was closer to top end luxury for this style of property, I can't fault it but it was priced at a premium, I'd imagine you could look at a private rental for a similar price.
All good except for confusion with seating for dinner and managers non involvement with ensuring all was well.
Manager not helpful with regard to dinner booking.
Great location and lovely Pub/Hotel
Felt it was a little expensive at £230 per night
Location, friendly staffs,
