Un buen hotel
Pros:

Para mi, lo mejor la ubicación. Muy cerca de la parada de metro de Tetuán (línea 1) y un poco las Cuzco (línea 10). Es un barrio tranquilo para quién busque un hotel lejos de las fiestas nocturnas.

Cons:

El colchón es un poco duro y el somier algo inestable. Tenía una cama individual, quizá las dobles son mejores.

Lo que estaba buscando, cerca, sencillo, cálido
Pros:

El desayuno fue buffet y estaba muy bien, abudante, surtido. El personal de los primeros días fue sumamente agradable y servicial. Lamentablemente, con el correr de los días, hubo un cambio y la señora que era tan amable fue transferida al equipo de limpieza y quien quedara en su lugar era mucho menos agradable y atenta.

Cons:

Pineso que las mesas del desayuno podrían haberse repuesto de forma constante. En cambio hasta que no vaciaba algo por completo, no tarían nada nuevo. . Los primeros días, en cambio esto no ocurrió, porque una señora latinoamericana no dejaba que nada se vaciara, por el contrario, siempre estaba todas las mesas con abundantes opciones. El resto de los días no fue así. A veces faltaban muchos productos y había que pedirlos y no se nos repondía con amabilidad. Una pena, porque el resto del personal (recepción-limpieza) fue siempre ameno.
