Nice hotel but a few details lacking.
Pros:

Common areas were lovely. Plenty of staff. Easy to park. The room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Having to go all the way to the spa reception at the other end of the hotel to get a key to use the gym at 7am. Also there was no room service menu - QR code took me to a booklet which didn’t have a menu so went round in circles. Eventually got a physical restaurant menu which wasn’t really a room service menu - the food in the bar would have been more appropriate to have been served as room service. Breakfast buffet was so so. Would have been nice to have freshly cooked options like eggs Benedict or avocado. Shower gel had run out in the room.

Really good Spa and Golf break
Pros:

Great location in a lovely setting, close to the golf course
Spa facilities were very good

Cons:

Very poor breakfast, having to wait for items of food to be replenished, needed someone to manage the staff

My view
Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean. There was no Aircon in the room so hot and stuffy. There was what looked like a heater in the room which may have been an Aircon unit. There was no information in the room and no instructions.

Cons:

As above, due to us having 12 for dinner we had to pre-order. Somehow my meal was forgotten and I had to wait for it to be cooked. This meant everyone was then waiting for me to finish which was embarrassing.

Nice hotel but overpriced
Pros:

Staff were helpful and friendly. The food was very good, although on the pricey side.

Cons:

We were hoping to use the pool but they charge you the spa fee of £15 per adult and £5 per child per day to use it which is expensive given you have already paid for the hotel. Elements were also a bit tired. We sat in the garden for a drink and the picnic table was broken and other garden furniture looked old and not cared for.

Pros:

Very good location for getting into Worcester and very good both the Golf and Spa

Cons:

We travel all over the world to hotels and usually the receptionist if you are early will try there best to see if your room is ready and get you checked in unfortunately the receptionist Lucy did not even bother checking that our room was ready just said check in is at 3pm.

The hotel was lovely and clean. The staff were all polite and helpful.

Hotel was lovely and the staff were wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

My son was attending a golf competition- so the hotel was perfect for our stay over.

Cons:

The bathroom was smelly, musty wet. Not good ventilation. The bedroom was very hot too. Could do with some aircon!
