Pros:

Really nice stay, one night, away with work. Lovely place, massive room. The shower was crap and in Bath, swap them out for shower cubicles please

Wat een tophotel. Mooie kamers, aardig personeel.
Je kan gratis parkeren.

Cons:

Niet heel erg, maar het hotel ligt niet op loopafstand van Worcester. Een auto is dus handig en er gaat ook een bus.

Good hotel with spa but without airco on the room.
Pros:

A very large bedroom with king size bed. Breakfast was very good. Spa was very good.

Cons:

We missed airco in the room (was in all corridors and restaurant). The bed was hard and we missed a small fridge.
Shower in the bathtub was bad. Diner meal was too expensive for the food we got.

Would Definately Recommend
Pros:

Beautiful accomodation and grounds. We booked an Exectutive Room for the extra space and added bonus of a fridge.

Cons:

The shower facet for the temperature control was very hard to turn. I had to use a towel to firm my grip. The light in the bathroom mirror wasn't working for my husband to shave in good light.

Pros:

The reception area and the restaurant is very nice, the staff was all friendly and helpful. The room has everything we needed and clean.

Cons:

Water from the shower can get everywhere on the floor, so have to use towels to dry it up.

Pros:

Location is perfect, the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Dinner was also very good. The views of the hills from the room were also very lovely.

Cons:

There seemed to have been an issue with the shower tap in my room as it was only providing boiling hot water and there was no way to change it to cold.
