Pros:

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, Personal sehr freundlich, guter Pool, super Trainerin von Yoga, Tabata, aqua jump und aqua bike, jeden Tag.
Schöner Strand, schönd Pools und gutes Essen.
Ruhiges Zimmer
Vorsicht bei Katzenallergie, es gibt auf dem Anwesen Katzen.
Für Kinder sind die Katzen aber sehr schön, herzig, zutraulich, eine grosse Freude.
Etwas negativer Geruch im Bad, Lavabo.
Es wurde aber angeboten, das Zimmer zu wechseln, was für uns nicht nötig war.

Pros:

Нам повезло, и нас заселили в виллу (2 семьи), хотя мы покупали стандартные номера. Отличная еда, отличный сервис. Всё было на высоком уровне. Особенно понравилось разнообразие мероприятий и вечерняя шоу программа. Отель для детей (моим всё понравилось), не рекомендую ехать туда тем кто не любит детей.

Cons:

2 дня у нас шёл дождь (конец октября) и, поэтому, много людей было в главном корпусе на 2-м этаже. Судя по всему только 1 бассейн внутри, этого явно не достаточно когда идёт дождь. Плитка на улице довольно скользкая, очень легко поскользнуться когда она мокрая (не обязательно в дождь). В общем когда тепло и солнечно - всё ок кроме скользкой плитки, а когда дождь - многое становится недоступным.

Our family enjoyed green surroundings, good food and amazing drinks. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Room service was sometimes a bit sloppy and family rooms could have more space. Also for family concept, the discos until 23.00 were too lound in front of the whole hotel.

Хороший и уютный отель с приятной атмосферой.
Pros:

Красивый чистый и современный отель. Еда вкусная, качественная, разнообразия вполне хватает. Номер замечательный, достаточно просторный. Территория компактная, но комфортная и уютная. В отеле много детей, атмосфера очень приятная.

Cons:

В местах с детскими площадками и бассейнами нет табличек, что нельзя курить. В итоге изрядно пьяный товарищ начал дымить, я его попросил отойти от детей, он закатил истерику, призвал на помощь уборщика, уборщик начал мне объяснять, что у них курить можно везде. А алкаш начал нецензурно выражаться и хамить. Я сказал уборщику, чтобы вызвал охрану, в противном случае мне придется самому успокоить этого алкаша. В итоге пришла охрана и управляющая. Иии они начали мне рассказывать, что все понимают, но говорить другим гостям, где и что делать нельзя. К алкашу вопросов не было, так как он турок. Так вот мораль сей басни в обращении к отелю, вы или за гостями подпитками следите, или таблички поставьте.
Из минусов можно отметить только долгое заселение и то, что убер и Яндекс туда ехать не хотят, приходится заказывать такси в аэропорт через ресепшен, это немного дороже.
Ресторан явно маловат для такого отеля, часто возникают очереди за едой.

Pros:

Even though the weather was rainy and windy, most of the activities were carried out as normal, and they made adjustments where needed.

The Spa is great, directly connected with the gym, so going to the sauna after training is very easy. There is a vitamin bar as well. From the Spa personnel, Mehmet spa specialist did a great job in finding the programmes fitting, and from the masseurs Bülant followed through a course of massages with targeted sessions. They are really great in bringing results and providing a relaxing experience as well.

Izuzetan, sedmodnevni porodični odmor

Jedan od najboljih hotel resorta u kome sam boravio. U potpunosti opravdava naziv Green Palace a isto tako i Kids Concept, sadržaji za decu su sjajni, hrana je izuzetna, plaža je čista i dobro održavana, dovoljan broj barova i na plaži i na bazenima, iako je hotel bio pun nije bilo gužve u barovima, ponekad samo u glavnom restoranu u udarnim terminima, bilo je sve uključeno, veoma ljubazno osoblje. Zaista, sjajan jednonedeljni boravak.

Cons:

Pretpostavljam, kao i kod većine hotela u Antaliji ni jedan otvoreni bazen se ne zagreva u oktobru pa kupanje u hladnoj vodi bazena prosto nije bilo moguće, jedino je bio dostupan unutrašnji bazen. Mišljenja sam da bi bar jedan od otvorenih bazena trebalo grejati u oktobru, to bi samo poboljšalo ukupno sjajnu sliku o hotelu. Ipak, većina posetilaca dolazi zbog mora a ono je bilo prijatno toplo.

Super hôtel et qualitatif

Un excellent hôtel pour les familles avec enfants !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel, idéal pour les familles avec enfants. Les repas étaient excellents, variés et de très bonne qualité.

L’hôtel est très bien situé et propose énormément d’activités pour les enfants. Le parc aquatique est également très bien entretenu, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.

Nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement Gül, notre femme de ménage, pour son travail remarquable. Elle était toujours très soigneuse, la chambre était impeccable et nous avons beaucoup apprécié ses petites attentions au quotidien.

Nous avons également eu la chance d’être surclassés sans difficulté. La chambre initialement réservée étant trop petite pour notre famille, l’hôtel nous a proposé une superbe chambre plus adaptée à nos besoins, sans aucun supplément. Un très beau geste commercial, que nous avons énormément apprécié et qui mérite d’être souligné !

Enfin, une mention spéciale à Ali, qui nous a beaucoup aidés à communiquer avec le personnel en français. Son aide a été précieuse et nous l’en remercions sincèrement.

Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et recommandons vivement cet hôtel aux familles qui souhaitent passer de belles vacances avec leurs enfants. Merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil et son professionnalisme !

Cons:

seul véritable bémol concerne la communication : aucun membre du personnel ne semble parler français, ce qui peut compliquer les échanges. Heureusement, Ali nous a beaucoup aidés à ce niveau.

Nous avons également été déçus par l’amabilité de certains serveurs, notamment au bar du lobby et au restaurant. Nous avions parfois l’impression de les déranger lorsque nous leur demandions quelque chose. Ce manque de disponibilité et de convivialité est dommage pour un établissement de ce standing.

Enfin, le spa et les massages ne sont malheureusement pas à la hauteur de ce que l’on attend d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. L’espace spa était particulièrement bruyant : les enfants semblent y être autorisés, ce qui peut entraîner beaucoup de bruit, notamment lorsqu’ils pleurent. Le personnel parlait également assez fort, ce qui nuisait à l’atmosphère de calme et de détente que l’on recherche dans ce type d’espace.

Большое спасибо девушкам из отдела по работе с гостями за профессионализм и внимательное отношение к гостям отеля.
Здесь ухоженная зеленая территория
Достойная анимация, ежедневно проводятся спортивные мероприятия.
В основном ресторане регулярно организуются тематические дни ( итальянская, мексиканская, турецкая кухня…) Возродили ежегодный пивной фестиваль.
Однозначно, рекомендуем!
Мы обязательно вернемся.
