trzeba wiedzieć co zarezerwować, ale na pewno warto wrócić ;)

Cały pobyt uratowało podejście personelu - pomimo nieporozumienia na etapie rezerwacji przeniesiono nas z apartamentu w części "Parkowej" (z którego okna wychodziły na ulicę i zajezdnię) do skrajnego apartamentu w faktycznie parkowej części obiektu, gdzie na całej ścianie mieliśmy widok na drzewa :)

Pros:

Piękny i elegancki hotel. Cisza, spokój, super czysty pokój, świeże powietrze. Widok na otaczającą zieleń. Bardzo smaczna kawa. Świeża pościel i mega wygodne łóżko.

Cons:

Brakowało mi możliwości otwarcia okna. Niektórzy goście mogą zmagać się z klaustrofobią i nie wszyscy tolerują klimatyzację zwłaszcza w nocy. Pomimo pięknej i czystej łazienki brakuje pod prysznicem półki na ustawienie swoich kosmetyków i wieszaka przy prysznicu, aby można było powiesić ręcznik i ubrania na zmianę. Przy biurku brak kontaktu żeby podłączyć laptop. Można było by to bardziej usprawnić bo musiałam siłować się z szafkami aby mieć dostęp do kontaktu przy podłodze.

Bardzo rozczarował mnie pobyt w hotelu, oczekiwałam czegoś znacznie lepszego po hotelu 5-gwiazdkowym

Obsługa śniadaniowa bardzo nieprzyjemna, zarówno pierwszego jak i kolejnego dnia. Pani obrażona na gości.
Jajecznica okropna, ciasta niby swojej roboty, też okropne, jakieś musy w słoiczkach wstrętne, tłusta bezsmakowa maź.
Po hotelu 5-gwiazdkowym spodziewałabym się znacznie więcej.
Pokój brudny, niedosprzątany.
Pokój de luxe bardzo ciemny, brak głównego źródła światła, dostępne małe lampki z ciemnymi kloszami.
Generalnie pobyt mało przyjemny
