Czysto, schludnie, cicho, bliskość parku.

Cons:

Wystrój - wszystko czarno-biało plastikowe łącznie ze ścianami, pobieranie depozytu, cena wg mnie wygórowana, niewygodny materac, nieotwierane okna, zimne mleko bez laktozy do kawy, pracownik odmówił podgrzania tłumacząc, iż kuchnia nie posiada takiej możliwości.

Five star stay during a historic heatwave
Pros:

Service was top-notch. From the front desk to the bellhop to the waiter, Platinum Palace went above and beyond to make us comfortable during a record heatwave. When the first room's AC was found to be malfunctioning, they moved us to another room and comped lunch for us. This lunch was one of the best meals I have had in a hotel restaurant. Their cocktails were also top-notch. The bed was comfortable and the design king suites overlook a leafy park.

Cons:

Parking is a bit steep for being 20 minutes outside of the old town.

Śniadanie bardzo dobre, urozmaicone. Hotel nie przeludniony, nie dużo co czyni go wyjątkowym.

Hotel piękny, zadbany. Strefa spa malutka ale bardzo przyjemna. Pokoje czyste. Personel przemiły, minus za brak informacji o opłacie za parkingu.

Cons:

Wybraliśmy pokój delux - w pokoju nie działał ekspres do kawy, poprosiliśmy w recepcji o wymianę, niestety ten drugi także nie działał. W pokoju znajdowało się menu z hotelowej restauracji, jednak bez informacji że za posiłki przyniesione do pokoju jest dodatkowa opłata ( za serwis ).
Przy wymeldowaniu byliśmy przygotowani na opłacenie posiłków jakieś zamówiliśmy , jednak dodatkowa opłata za serwis 30zl oraz za parking 80zl była niespodzianką.
Podczas śniadania znaleźliśmy pleśń na deserkach z owocami 😔

Tolles Ambiente. Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit sehr großem Bad. Trotz Lage an der Hauptstraße mit Straßenbahn war es im Zimmer ruhig. Sehr aufmerksames, freundliches Personal. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet mit weiteren Optionen a la carte. Die 5 Sterne sind absolut berechtigt, wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Cons:

Der Preis für den Parkplatz war mit 80 pln pro Tag recht hoch.
