Der Aufenthalt was schön, doch schlecht Lage lässt zu wünschen übrig.
Pros:

Das Personal, die Einrichtung, das Essen, sowohl zum Frühstück, als auch im Restaurant.

Cons:

Kein Schrankplatz, keine Kleiderhaken, Fenster konnten nicht zum Lüften geöffnet werden, Zimmertemperatur viel zu hoch, keine Einstellung am Klimaregler konnte das ändern. Der Spa-Bereich hat nur einen Wirlpool. Das Bild auf Booking.com suggeriert einen Pool.

Prawie super, ale prawie robi dużą różnicę 🙂

Lokalizacja, klimat, pokój ok. Jeśli chodzi o strefę Spa też ok, chociaż można by pomyśleć o stworzeniu trochę większego i lepszego klimatu jeśli chodzi o relaks.

Cons:

I tutaj pełna rozbieżność jeśli chodzi o obsługę gościa i personel. W pierwszy dzień rewelacja. Obsługa naprawdę oddana, chcąca pomóc w różnych wyzwaniach związanych z małą uroczystością . Naprawdę klasa. Ale drugi dzień, poza pewnymi wyjątkami jeśli chodzi o personel, jak na hotel 5 gwiazdkowy słabiutko. Pięć gwiazdek zobowiązuje do wyższych standardów jeśli chodzi o obsługę gościa. Tu w drugim dniu, obsługa gościa w niektórych momentach zasługiwała na nie więcej niż 3 gwiazdki Przykro to pisać bo zapowiadało się naprawdę rewelacyjnie. Niestety czynnik ludzki w tym przypadku w jakimś sensie zawiódł.

Nasz 4-dniowy pobyt w tym wspaniałym miejscu, przeszedł nasze oczekiwania, z pewnością wrócimy.
Pros:

Śniadania wyśmienite, bardzo bogaty asortyment potraw, urozmaicony, bardzo świeże potrawy i smaczne, obsługa wspaniała, lokalizacja bardzo dobra, (pomimo dużej odległości od centrum) położenie przy pięknym Parku Południowym, umożliwiającym poranne spacery, komunikacja z centrum bardzo dobra (tramwaj dojeżdża w 10 -15 min) Pokoje - apartament i delux, przestronne, pięknie wyposażone i urzadzone. Obsługa Hotelu na najwyższym poziomie, bardzo uczynna, pomocna, zaangażowana w dbałość o komfort gości.

Cons:

Nie mam negatywnych uwag.

Good after first issues
Pros:

Sauna jacuzzi. Quiet area. Breakfast.. Once I'd changed rooms after the first night everything was good. I'd recommend the hotel but not room 307

Cons:

The first room I had was no way suitable for a hotel of this class. Low ceiling I kept hitting my head on while avoiding tripping over the step to the bath, which you couldn't even sit in and shower because of the sticking out tap. I'd say health and safety is an issue with that room- 307. The hot and cold are also marked wrong on the taps. This room should have a lower rating than the others

Fantastic hotel, excellent breakfast and facilities.
Pros:

Everything was very good, breakfast excellent -fantastic choice and changed daily. Location a bit remote but then located in a beautiful Poludniowy Park! Room was specious and well equipped , amazing bathroom , however had to pull little curtain every time I had to use it. Staff very helpful.

Cons:

Nothing really.

Tylko nie nowy budynek.
Pros:

Lokalizacja, śniadania, czystość.

Cons:

Tak intensywnego, agresywnego zapachu w pokoju nie widuję nawet w dużo tańszych hotelach. W nowym budynku nie można otworzyć okien. Zapach zepsuł cały efekt.

Wspaniały, butikowy hotel, który zachwyca już od pierwszego wejścia. Pięknie odrestaurowany zabytkowy budynek, połączony z nowoczesną częścią, tworzy wyjątkowe miejsce z charakterem. Świetna lokalizacja – blisko centrum Wrocławia, z dogodnym dojazdem do Rynku przy przepięknym Parku Południowym, co zapewnia ciszę i spokój.

Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie – eleganckie wnętrza, przemiła i profesjonalna obsługa oraz absolutnie przepyszne jedzenie. Widać dbałość o detale i komfort gości.

Pobyt był krótki, ale pozostawił doskonałe wrażenie. Szczerze polecam Platinum Palace i z przyjemnością wrócę!
