Very good, but additional charges are excessive.
Pros:

Staff were excellent. Very Clean, beautiful building, access to the park from the rear, great for walking dogs.

Cons:

The additional charges checking in. Deposit for the room, charging more for 2 dogs than 1. Expensive parking. All had to be paid on check in.

Good place with a great service although needs some updates to match up to 5 star establishment.
Pros:

The location is very convenient with easy access to public transportation. Proximity to the South Park added tranquility to the stay.
Dedicated an honest staff. I left my bag with an expensive watch and it was returned to mi with the full content. I appreciate and admire integrity of the staff.

Cons:

Toilet seat not quietly dropping. Markings on paneling.
No digital thermostat.
No car registration scan for in and out.
No handicapped ramps for disable people.

Das Ambiente, die Lage an dem sehr schönen Park,das Personal sehr freundlich, Straßenbahn gleich in der Nähe.

Cons:

Das Mobiliar sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Matratze war nicht gut,das Bad nicht sehr sauber.
