Pros:

La camera era abbastanza bella, con doccia e asciugacapelli, e frigorifero. Vengono date in omaggio due bottigliette di acqua naturale al giorno. Il receptionist è stato gentile e ci ha fornito informazioni, anche per il parcheggio in inglese.

Cons:

La colazione. Per due su tre giorni mancava il caffè. Cibo pessimo, poca scelta. Pane già secco senza doverlo tostare. Tavoli sporchi e apparecchiati parzialmente, nonostante fossero vuoti (non si capiva se fossero occupati da qualcuno). Nella zona colazione c'era un muro parziale che separava da un ufficio dell'hotel, dal quale si sentivano persone discutere. Vicino all'hotel ci sarebbe stato un parcheggio, ma in questo periodo ci sono dei lavori quindi non ci è stato possibile utilizzarlo. La tapparella in camera non sempre rimaneva nella posizione desiderata, chiudendosi a volte improvvisamente.

Pros:

L'emplacement est bien, le petit déjeuner était copieux et très bon.

Cons:

La salle de bain manquait de modernité, les portes de la douches ne fermaient pas correctement (un jour de 2 cm restait).
Nous sommes resté 2 nuits, en rentrant tard le deuxième soir, nous avons constaté que la chambre n'avait pas été faite. Pour un établissement de ce prix c'est extrêmement décevant.

Man hört einfach alles in den Zimmern, daher nichts mit ausschlafen.

Pros:

Buona posizione, staff gentile, hotel carino. Ci hanno preparato una colazione da asporto per l'ultimo giorno, dato che abbiamo dovuto lasciare l'hotel alle 5:00 a causa del volo alle 7:00.

Cons:

L'ascensore molto datato si bloccava di continuo, siamo rimasti bloccati 2 volte in sei giorni, la seconda per mezz'ora!
In camera più volte ci hanno messo solo un asciugamano a testa, nemmeno il tappetino per la doccia. I letti rifatti sempre in modo approssimativo, una volta veramente male!
A colazione poca scelta e in orari di punta, solo 2 ragazzi non riuscivano a gestire tutto, ripulire i tavoli e rifornire il cibo che finiva.

Pros:

The hotel staff was extremely kind and professional. All compliments to the team! The breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect as well. Highly recommended!

I like Belgrad, opposite to the hotel.

My window was broken, a/c don’t work, it was cold, I haven’t cleaning cart, which I asked for reservation table,rooms services came in two times, once I was in toilet.Breakfast not good, and not explaining dishes ingredients, I can’t consume pork but I did.
