Pros:

Отличное расположение прямо за отелем Карлтон, зеленый сад, балкон, небольшой бассейн с лежаками. Милая терраса.

Cons:

Поздний заезд после 17:00 и ранний выезд в 10:00, я считаю это несправедливым. Минимальный сервис и доплаты за всё(полотенца, уборку) при заселение нам просто вручили комплект полотенец и мы должны были всё это тащить сами наверх, включая три своих чемодана, никто не помог. В номере отсутствуют минимальные принадлежности даже такие как шампунь и мыло для рук. Всё нужно иметь своё. Есть небольшие недочеты по состоянию номера: вода из ванной комнаты вытекала прямо в коридор, раковина в ванной была забита. Тонкие перегородки между балконами, вы будете слышать о чем разговаривают ваши соседи.

Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal. La puscine et le logement très bien, nous n'avons pas testé le spa. Possibilité de déposer les affaires devant en voiture même si on n'utilise pas leur parking payant.

L’emplacement très bien situé, la piscine est un plus.. À l’accueil l'amabilité d’une réceptionniste et la résolution d’un problème qu’elle a personnellement effectué concernant le ménage de la chambre que j’occupais je la remercie encore.

Cons:

Les explications par très claires du réceptionniste concernant le dépôt des serviettes sales, sa non compréhension lors de mon arrivée sur ma demande concernant mon véhicule et le parking car le parking se trouve une rue derrière l'hôtel mais n’explique pas au départ.
La chambre : on me donne une chambre où le frigo ne fonctionne pas, la télévision ne s'allume pas car les piles de la télécommande ont été machouillées 🤣🤣🤣 et le réceptionniste me dit qu’il va me donner une autre chambre mais que le lendemain je retourne dans la 1ere.😑
Résultat : une autre réceptionniste me fait savoir que je vais rester dans la chambtre car je suis là en vacances et que je ne vais pas changer de chambre encore une fois.

Il Residence è adatto a famiglie e coppie
Pros:

Struttura situata in buona posizione tranquilla di Cannes alle spalle del Carlton e mini appartamenti sono dotati di cucina e frigorifero
Sono molto puliti moderni ed è piacevole soggiornare
Sono cliente di molti anni, prenoto spesso al Resideal. Mi trovo molto bene

Cons:

quando suono il campanello per aprirmi il cancello principale molto spesso non mi aprono il portone e rimango in attesa per 10 minuti.
il receptionist è molto simpatico, cordiale e socievole e molto disponibile, ma contrariamente alla sua collega che è stata poco disponibile e cordiale.
