From Brussels - E19 or A12 to Antwerp From Ghent - E17 to Antwerp - Follow direction Breda ( Netherlands). On the ring road around the city take exit 3 ‘Borgerhout’. - At the traffic lights turn left ( N184, Plantin & Moretuslei). - Continue the N184 until after the second railway bridge and continue to the next intersection (central park). Turn right in Quinten Matsijslei. - Continue on Quinten Matsijslei and turn right in Korte Herentalsestraat (4th. street on the right hand side). - Continue until the end of Korte Herentalsestraat (T-intersection) and turn left into Lange Herentalsestraat which changes into Appelmansstraat. - The parking entrance and the Hyllit Hotel is located at 1640 ft on the left hand side.

Opening hours of swimming pool is Monday till Sunday from 7 am till 9 pm.

Review:

Unfortunately, our first night was a very disappointing experience. We were given a room with an air-conditioning system that was clearly not working properly. Despite showing the staff the actual room temperature, they initially insisted that the air conditioning was functioning normally. As a result, our first night was extremely uncomfortable and essentially ruined.

To the hotel’s credit, after the first night they moved us to an upgraded room in the renovated section, with a new air-conditioning system. The difference was enormous, and the upgraded room was significantly better and much more comfortable.

My most important advice to anyone booking this hotel is to make sure you stay in the renovated/upgraded section rather than the older rooms. Based on our experience, the difference between the two is substantial.

I appreciate that the hotel eventually resolved the problem and upgraded us, but it should not have taken a ruined first night for the issue to be acknowledged and addressed.

Fijn hotel
Pros:

Mooi schoon hotel, super locatie, vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Drie kleine minpuntjes:
1. veel te weinig stopcontacten zijn.
2. Op badkamer geen stopcontact voor eigen borstelföhn of elektrische tandenborstel.
3. Geen bodylotion aanwezig

Pros:

Mooi en vooral schoon appartement. Heerlijke bedden en van alle gemakken voorzien! Heerlijk bad en goede douche. Wifi werkt perfect. Een klein keukentje met magnetron en 2 kookplaatjes. Bestek borden zelfs een vergiet!
Ze zijn alleen een kurkentrekker vergeten🫣.
Genoeg parkeerplekken en qua locatie perfect, je kan met de auto naar val d’europe, maar voor de parkeerplaats vertrekt een bus die je naar de trein brengt om naar Parijs/disney te gaan.
Supermarkten om de hoek, maar je kan ook eten bestellen via een scherm in de lobby.
