La piscina

Cons:

El mal trato de sus trabajadores, parecía que los obligaran a estar ahí, nada amables ni empaticos.
La limpieza de la habitación era deficiente, la cama dura e incómoda.

Pros:

Ubicación, personal, recepción 24 horas, aseo, la comida me gusto demasiado, el desayuno buffet excelente, de mis partes favoritas en verdad.

Cons:

Televisor no funcional, a punto de pasar al otro mundo. Tienen una agencia dentro del hotel, aunque por dentro no molestan, están en la puerta para molestar cada vez que uno sale.

Buen precio en excelente zona

La atención del personal. Permiten hacer uso de las áreas comunes antes del check-in y después del check-out. Instalaciones limpias. Habitaciones cómodas. Puedes ingresar alimentos y bebidas para consumir en la habitación.

Wouldn’t stay there again.
Pros:

It was a nice enough Breakfast. Good Coffee. Staff was nice.

Cons:

The room was was moldy. When the AC wasn‘t on u could smell it extremely. I developed a bad cough because of it.
The pictures on Booking doesn’t meet the reality at all.

Bien, con muchas oportunidades de mejora
Pros:

El desayuno tipo bufé, variado y disponible, quizás por la temporada baja, no sé cómo será en temporada alta. Ubicado muy bien, tiene mucho potencial el hotel, pero faltan remodelaciones.

Cons:

La primera noche una habitación con un ruido afuera insoportable, nos cambiaron de habitación para las siguientes noches, tenían todas las habitaciones olor a húmedad y el servicio de piscina solo es hasta las 7 PM inclusive viernes o sábados.
El personal les falta mejor atención al cliente, pero en general es así en vários lugares de cartagena.

Hotel descuidado!

La ubicación es perfecta!

Cons:

El hotel en general está muy descuidado, la habitación que nos tocó se veía deteriorada, tenia una ventana súper mal tapada, se metía la luz y el ruido lo cual dificultó el descanso. El baño no se veía tan agradable

Del área social, la piscina súper descuidada, el horario de uso es bastante limitado, el bar también cierra temprano lo cual es inexplicable para un hotel que está en casi la orilla de la playa ideal para divertirse.
